There were areas where you can access for different occasions, such as cafés, onsen, and relaxing library lounge.
The library lounge was one of the unique places. It had a bungalow space where you could lean back and chill. Also, there were a big audio device where you could listen to music and relax.
The best part though, was that they opened the cafés till 22 o'clock and the onsen till midnight!

Nice environment but the facility in room bit old. Food is good as well as restaurant service. Love the bird Terrence and good rest with free drinks, nice view with a warm tea makes my day!

No TV inside the hotel room or the whole hotel area. It would be nice if you want to have meditation or reading a book in this hotel. The room is clean and tidy, and the apparatus are rather new, nevertheless, we found some dirt on the toilet pan when we first arrive. In all, it's is a quite and nice place for someone want to really have a relax trip in hakone.

夜のコースで出てくるデザートが
もったいなかったと感じました。
見た目の華やかさ、美味しさも感じましたがピンクペッパーが最初面白いアクセントで食感も楽しめたのですが、途中からピンクペッパーが味の邪魔しているように感じました。
ベッドは広くのんびり寝ることができました！

The area is beautiful, but quite remote from Hakone attractions. The hotel does not have transportation well coordinated for train pickups and into town, thus you feel remote and disconnected, making the beauty of the surroundings not worth it. The dining is terrific. The rooms are showing signs of aging and need a refresh.
