穗高莊山之飯店

This hotel located on the remote area and you need to drive here. If the hotel is good, it's worth for it. However, there are few points you need to consider if you want to book this hotel. (1) No bottled water provide (2) Poor customer service and poor English, you cannot communciate with them if you dont know Japanses. (3) If you ask questions to front desk, they try to avoid listening because it is English. (4) The time slot of spa is very limited (5) The nice view spa is public spa and you need to go out the hotel and cross a road to find it without any remarks. (6) Hidden charge I seldom to complain hotel because travel should be fun. However, this hotel totally affected my traveling mood & it's very super EXPENSIVE. it's totally not worth for that price.

環境清優，房間別具特色，房間內外設計具日本風格，且非常整潔，工作人員服務亦佳，餐食亦可。温泉須具特色，不過不及預期的驚喜！

整體很不錯，服務員友善、晚餐豐富美味、一樓的炭火爐予人優閒舒適的感覺，令客人願意多留在酒店四周。不過，每當有纜車（應該是）經過時整間房會震動二至五下，就算清晨四時多亦然，如果醒瞓的朋友要留意一下。

服務態度超好 這次住到特價，CP超級高 戶外湯也很讃（沒有日帰，僅提供住宿者），夏季小心蜂（小缺點）

以為酒店有一個大型露天溫泉浴池，原來係在比較遠的地方及也是公眾用的，更要步行去乘搭纜車才能去！酒店室內温泉是沒有毛巾供應，要從房間帶毛巾去！非常之不方便，叫我在浸完溫泉後，濕流流地穿回和服回去房間！雖然酒店並不太如理想，但服務員態度親切又能夠幫助，而且附近的風景優美！

非常舒適滿意的一次住宿，乘坐酒店私人鐵道往山間温泉，欣賞著槍岳風景的一次風呂體驗，享受瞬間靈靜悠閒，真能洗滌心靈。 夕食和朝食都在南館的鈴屋，夕食18道菜，朝食14道，食到最後的焗蘑菇米飯也要邊嚷飽邊吃光，每道菜都設計精心，夕食的燒牛肉和刺身真的選擇了新鮮美味的食材。 酒店服務人員友善好客，笑容可掬，酒店環境優美，很多別緻用心的裝飾，預計到酒店的遊人可預下午時間到，慢慢細心欣賞酒店的設施及環境。

2700日元每人每天的早餐 在不是我們要求下 第二天竟然換成全素食 這是一個偏遠的酒店 房間較老舊 而且前臺服務人員態度不好 欠笑容 不友善 唯一好處是有二十四小時溫泉

very cozy experience and great hospitality. Good food especially for the dinner with beef. Highly recommend the outdoor hot spring with magnificient view.

河原の露天風呂は素晴らしく私は感動しましたが、ちょっと怖いと感じる方がいました（年配） サービスは行き届いていて、落ち着きます。 フロント担当の方が、何かと不親切で、ちょっと意地悪に感じました。でも、それ以上にここでしか経験できないような素晴らしい経験が多くありました。また、泊まりたいです。

予約時のミスで素泊まりプランでしたが、チェックイン時に対応して頂き夕朝食付きを満員でしたが入れてもらえました。 部屋は照明の操作がわからず、ベッドサイドは旧式？のラジオがあるだけで使い勝手が良くなかったです。 温泉用ではタオル2種あり、ユニットバスにはなにも無く使用時に不便だった エアコンもどうしたら良いのかわからず困りました

Booked to stay here for an authentic Ryokan Onsen experience on our Japan holiday. This was our first time at both a ryokan and an Onsen so we don’t have an awful lot to compare it to on those aspects. However, the positives of the hotel were that the staff were very friendly and happy to help. They spoke a small amount of English and were happy to try to assist when needed. We were greeted in the car park on arrival and a member of staff helped carry our bags to the check in desk. All of the onsens were very very good, we tried both the private outdoor one, and the mixed bathing one, both had good views and were clean. The negatives were that the hotel is dated and doesn’t seem to have been renovated since the 70s/80s (ripped fabric on furniture, wallpaper peeling off, stale smell in rooms and corridors). There are areas that are closed down which would have been nice to use, and there was no bar to purchase drinks after dinner, only a vending machine. The interior had cobwebs throughout the property, and the outside patio areas had not been cleaned, and tables and chairs had not been wiped down. The outdoor pool also had leaves in it and didn’t look very clean. Overall we feel feel we had a very mixed experience and probably wouldn’t return.

冷蔵庫に入れたものがあまり冷えなかった。露天風呂への道案内とか色々説明が細やかではなく分かりづらいところも。食事は良かったと思います　

スタッフの態度が非常に悪い。海外旅行を入れても、ここの態度と言葉遣いは初めて経験する悪さ。
