Our room was small especially compared to the other people in our group and we didn’t have the same amenities as then but overall a nice stay and breakfast was good. Easy to get to the port for our cruise

The Customer service was stellar. We had left items at a previous hotel, and the JALCity Kannai Yokohama staff helped us to communicate with that hotel, and in the end, we got our items back. The Location is convenient for exploring Yokohama Chinatown.

Great breakfast. The room was a little worn out but roomy. Great location close to train station, restaurants and bay area. We were fortunate to stay during a time of a number of festivals all within walking distance.

Great hotel and the location is perfect.
We took the bus from Haneda Airport and the Osanbashi bus stop is less than 10mins walk to hotel. The hotel is 5 mins walk from Chinatown and 10 mins walk to the cruise terminal.
Staff was friendly and we asked for a quiet room as we were so tired after our 14 hours flight. We were given room 816, which was nice and quiet, and away from the lifts.
The room was nice and clean, and came with plenty of complimentary toiletries and bathroom essentials.
We stayed for two nights before our cruise and it was perfect. We will definitely stay here again.

Air conditioning was not working properly. We had a horrible night sleep. Staff were extremely attentive and jumped to fix the problem as soon as we brought it to their attention in the morning. If we stayed longer I think our rating would be much higher.

I give 4 star only because the room is small. But for the rest, 5star. This hotel is very convenient to everything. Walkabke to the cruise port if you are cruising. Walkable to the biggest China town in Japan and to the train station. Safe and quiet. The staffs are accommodating. I would recommend this hotel.
