Nice and comfy hotel for family. They serve free soup, croissant, tea, and coffee. The location is very strategic, only a few hundred meters from Ueno Station. Recommended hotel and consider to stay again on the next trip.

Amazingly located 5 minutes walk from Ueno Station, easy access to nearby shops and restaurants including the Ameyoko alleys. The hotel is super clean and the staff are the friendliest. Amenities are plenty, and their complimentary drip coffee is worth singling out as one of the best we've had this trip.

Nice vibe at the entrance, with the garden outside that make you feel relax.
Room is clean and tidy, the big window even give you a view that feel refresh.
The amenities set and the bath is nice.

Excellent location, just opposite to the ueno station. Small room but with everything that you might need. I will definitely stay in this hotel again for the next visit.

入住時前台的服務人員服務態度冷淡不友善飯店沒有飲水機，而每日只提供一瓶水，當問到如何取用水時卻指著販賣機前台人員說道他們每日只提供一瓶水。飯店是禁煙的而當我入住時廁所的煙味相當的重而且很臭第二天跟前台人員說請他們處理他們說會幫忙處理，可是味道還是相當臭因為他們是全面禁煙的飯店在服務及環境的觀感上非常的不好！感覺這次入住這家酒店感覺很不舒服😞

洒店鄰近上野駅，非常便利，步行到阿美橫丁或上野公園只是數分鐘路程，房間整潔乾淨，浴室很大。酒店要連續住五晚才會有房間清潔服務，但會把清潔毛巾掛在你門口。自駕 Map code 會帶你到洒店後門，要留意。

Quite a poor experience, especially for the response of hotel staff in English. I have left my personal belongings at hotel while I checked out. I tried to mail to the hotel directly but they did not response, and I also asked through the platform by hotels.com. They replied me that nothing was found. Then I called the hotel and asked in Japanese. They told me they actually found it
