Very good experience.
Huge room, Great view.
This stay is to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Contacted hotel before by email for possibility of special arrangement such as room decoration/birthday cake (not asking for free) can be made. Hotel replied quickly “no”,😅 only recommended a famous local bakery.
At the end my wife received a birthday present at check in!
(The only drawback is our room’s bath tub is not working, we can only take shower)

在你們飯店停車還要停車費，不泡湯，還要硬要收泡湯的費用，早上八點多就在敲門，明明還在睡覺，九點多清潔人員就直接開門進來，還好那時候有用防盜鎖，不然就直接闖進來了，明明退房的時間是11點為什麼那麼早就在趕人，整體的感覺非常差

訂了兩間房間，一間在本館，一間在北館，其中北館的房間空調只有暖氣沒有冷氣，設備也比較老舊，電梯只有一台（本館的電梯有2台）。幸好入住時已經是10月了，北海道晚上氣溫大約15、16度，開窗還不算太悶。
旅宿業資本投入大且經營不易，原本想說住完就算了，不想留不好的評論，但是壓垮駱駝的最後一根稻草是：這家旅館check out以後行李最多只能寄放到下午2點。
住過那麼多旅館很少碰到有這樣規定的（通常一般都是check out當天晚上之前有拿走就可以了），因為行李大件數量又多，沒有辦法寄放在車站置物櫃，臨時碰到這種情況以至於後面整天的旅行全部被打亂，只能匆忙結束行程，先到下一個城市的旅館寄物...

Huge room, Great view.
This stay is to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Contacted hotel before by email for possibility of special arrangement such as room decoration/birthday cake (not asking for free) can be made. Hotel replied quickly “no”,😅 only recommended a famous local bakery.
At the end my wife received a birthday present at check in!
(The only drawback is our room’s bath tub is not working, we can only take shower)
