山上館に宿泊しました。部屋は和洋混合のタイプでビックリするほど広く素敵でした。チェックインしてから部屋に行くまでがエスカレーターだったのですがこれも売りの一つですかね？どこまでも続く作りにはビックリして圧倒されました。スタッフの人達は関わった人ほとんどが外国の方でしたが日本語も上手でしかもとても丁寧でした。洞窟の露天風呂は言うまでもなく最高です。ただ今回は改装中で入れないお風呂もあったので損した気分で残念でした。食事はバイキングと聞いて行ったのですが、仕切りがあって落ち着いて家族だけの空間を準備してくれてたのと、焼き物、お造り等も食べられるタイプで、しかもバイキングのメニューもどれも美味しいし、他では食べた事ない物も多数ありました。トータルで考えると大満足です。

Location : around 10 min walk from the JR station to the pier where the hotel provides free shuttle bus/ ferry pick up service. Room: nice size and view. Rather old style But i consider it reasonable as it is an old hotel. Onsen : I love the cave onsen. Very rare. This is the most beautiful features at the hotel. Meals: buffet style. I always prefer kaiseki style. But it is a big hotel with a lot of guests. Buffer style is easy to manage . Staff: nice and helpful Recommended for good value for money

溫泉是賣點房間卻太老舊一樓賣場東西太少在碼頭對面飯店接送巴士的標示不清楚，也沒有時間表，對國外自由行的旅客不方便，溫泉池梳妝區域沒有提供浴帽、牙刷等用品讓人覺得不方便

A very unique experience with the cave onsen. The hotel was once a glamorous resort but now is tired and run down. Dinner buffet offers a good variety of food. Room has a fantastic view look out to the bay and ocean. It seems to be a popular resort for the locals.
