入住時才被告知沒空調 兩晚都靠打開窗的小縫加上電風扇才勉強能睡覺

地點非常方便，就在品川車站對面不遠處，去旁邊的水族館、超市、藥妝店都走路可到。服務親切，因孩子到時發燒不舒服，櫃檯貼心讓我們提前入住，非常感謝！ 沒有自己的餐廳，有三家鄰近的可以自由選擇，我們選了對面的花園餐廳，選擇不多，口味一般。 房間不大但乾淨舒適，晚上可以看到東京鐵塔的夜景。

Good location and near Shinagawa station. No tea bag or coffee been served in the room, must go down to the ground floor to get the necessary items, which is not convenient.

飯店的清潔及服務品質整體上都不錯,飯店離車站也近.唯一不優的是牙刷的刷毛很硬.其他沒什麼可挑剔的.

I stayed in two different period, the first time check-in was good and nice room. But the second time check-in with my family, they made mistake on the key that I could only find out when arrive to the room but couldn't open the door. I had to go back to the lobby and fixed the key. After enter the room, there were some inserts flying in the toilet, the ceiling, ventilator and towel was dirty, the air conditioner was dirty, too. Finally they changed and other room for me from the next day after spent a long time to negotiate with the hotel. From the next day, there was another problem with the TV, couldn't turn on from the morning. The hotel explained that the problem was the remote and changed another one for me, but I didn't feel the new one work well, too. Quite disappointed on the second check-in.

車站往飯店有上坡，行李多就比較累。 設備普通，隔音不是很好。 浴室角落不是清理的很乾淨，有改進空間。 房間電話不可以打外線。 無線網路訊號普通。

整體來說很好, 很滿意, 不過最令我驚訝的事情是當我打算睡覺的時候一掀開被子的時間發現床褥上有一明顯的污漬從床單下透露了出來, 我在無何奈何之下用毛巾遮蓋污漬所在的地方。翌日睡覺的時候發現床上已經多了一塊墊褥蓋住了床褥。希望酒店方面提醒一下員工, 不要再犯這種錯誤。有機會還是會再來的。
