感謝櫃台人員親切的服務及幫忙,本次入住新館雙床房型,房間蠻大的,房間裡面很乾淨,提供的清潔用品也很好,早餐選擇多又好吃,離松本城也很近,從房間就能看到,推薦有來松本的人入住。

the onsen is great.
you may take the hot bath at night and borrow the bicycles to the famous tourist spots nearby.

This is a Japanese style hotel with fabulous decorated tatami room.
very big enough for 4 ppl in a room
The equipment of the room is 5 stars standard.
The hotel decoration is fantastic.
Please be awared this is not a onsen hotel.
And the only thing I want to complain is the bathhouse is too small and only have 1 bathtub/pool only.

the hotel and the room are both old-fashioned and small, the corridor is full of smell of cigaretted even we located in the non-smoking floor, and you can hear people talk next to your room.
it is near the matsumoto castle, a little convenient for that.

The service provided by staff was excellent, thoughtful and responsive. As I went there for the Matsumoto Marathon but it was cancelled finally . The hotel staff helped me a lot to get the information from the organiser which only Japanese was available. I felt very satisfied with their thorough follow up .

早餐簡單，有米粥、小菜、多種果汁。
房間比一般東京的飯店寬闊，安靜舒適。
但是這次原本想在房間浴室泡澡，但發現浴缸中有可能是之前房客的毛髮，就打消了泡澡的興致，清潔不仔細，是這次住宿經驗中唯一的敗筆。
