As it is located at the centre of Roppingi, it is easily accessible. The decoration of the hotel is fashion and chill. Overall, a comfortable hotel.

a hidden gem at the quiet end of Roppongi, bars and eateries are few minutes away, very convenient location, 20 min ride to Haneda airport, Balcon is also great for drinks with a nice view at Tokyo Tower, the only downside was dripping water along the window pane after full day rain, our stuff left on the terrrace was all wet.

原本被安排在二樓的房間，晚上被街外的噪音吵的睡不著覺（很驚訝三井的氣密窗竟然這麼沒用）後來跟飯店反應後，有幫我換到10樓的位子。飯店很棒，很舒適，交通也方便，唯獨就是隔音方面如果可以改進會更完美

Good Point: Staff so nice and good in English, Very Helpful View is good on the roof bar Bad Point: A litle bit Dusty inside the room House keeping put 2 conditioner at bathroom,but the front desk help me change back even at aroun 2:00 am (really appreciate)

開幕第二天就入住了 很漂亮很新 只是離地鐵站有段距離 如果拖著行李走會很累 而且離飯店最近的地鐵出口沒有電梯！差點昏倒 要走到較遠的7號出口才有電梯 飯店門口一看就是東京鐵塔 非常美 可能剛開幕人員還沒那麼熟悉 請他們叫計程車也是弄蠻久的 早餐很好吃

The hotel itself was okay. I had to ask the lobby to please ask the people who cleaned our room to actually clean it. They would usually replace towels, make the bed and throw away the towels. I had to request for the room to be vacuumed, or counter tops to be wiped down, or used cups to be replaced. The area around the hotel was somewhat okay. Lots of options for food, Walking distance from a lot of restaurants. However, there are a few bars and night clubs in the area. If you’re staying with small children, be careful walking around in the later evenings, or early mornings. We often saw people completely inebriated, throwing up, sleeping outside of the club. Saw a few people very clearly on drugs, a couple of prostitutes and even saw a woman getting arrested at a nearby store.

The staff where very helpful and kind. The hotel was clean and the restaurant had great food. The location is great for access to food, shopping and transit system. I would stay here again.

Cleaning staff were amazing! Very professional the staff at the front desk were helpful and knowledgeable, the room was very comfortable and the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, very close to great food, great activities walking distances to most of then or a quick 15 mon cab ride in eiger directions
