Cleaning staff were amazing! Very professional the staff at the front desk were helpful and knowledgeable, the room was very comfortable and the location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, very close to great food, great activities walking distances to most of then or a quick 15 mon cab ride in eiger directions

The hotel was superb. The staff wre very polite and friendly and very helpful. The restaurant served the best eggs benedict breakfast I have ever had.I would highly recomend this hotel.

The hotel itself was okay. I had to ask the lobby to please ask the people who cleaned our room to actually clean it. They would usually replace towels, make the bed and throw away the towels. I had to request for the room to be vacuumed, or counter tops to be wiped down, or used cups to be replaced.
The area around the hotel was somewhat okay. Lots of options for food, Walking distance from a lot of restaurants. However, there are a few bars and night clubs in the area. If you’re staying with small children, be careful walking around in the later evenings, or early mornings. We often saw people completely inebriated, throwing up, sleeping outside of the club. Saw a few people very clearly on drugs, a couple of prostitutes and even saw a woman getting arrested at a nearby store.

Fantastic location close to Azabudai Hills and TeamLab Planets. Check-in is very efficient w automated options if you like. Hotel is well designed, secure and offers amenities like laundry and vending options. Wonderful Balcon restaurant & bar on roof is a must. Fitness is ok not great but you are on vacation & 2-3 gyms across street if you're getting competition ready! 😉

Beautiful lobby, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice but a bit small by western standards, probably big by Japan standards. Room was very nice and clean, nice bathroom. Bed was a little too firm for me. Only 1 English Channel on TV - CNN, and sometimes it switches over to Japanese voiceover. Many shops, bars and restaurants within short walk.

The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathtub and shower area were spacious and very nice. On the other hand, the closet was tiny.
The location was very convenient. Minutes' walk from good restaurants in Roppongi. Couple of convenience stores within a hundred meters. A short walk to the subway. Easy to catch cabs outside the hotel.
The main entrance is on the side street and is an unassuming one behind a wall to block off street noise (not that there were any).
First time at this hotel. Stayed 3 nights. I would stay here again.

Fantastic location close to Azabudai Hills and TeamLab Planets. Check-in is very efficient w automated options if you like. Hotel is well designed, secure and offers amenities like laundry and vending options. Wonderful Balcon restaurant & bar on roof is a must. Fitness is ok not great but you are on vacation & 2-3 gyms across street if you're getting competition ready! 😉

Beautiful lobby, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice but a bit small by western standards, probably big by Japan standards. Room was very nice and clean, nice bathroom. Bed was a little too firm for me. Only 1 English Channel on TV - CNN, and sometimes it switches over to Japanese voiceover. Many shops, bars and restaurants within short walk.

Great location! Check in kiosks were so convenient rooftop restaurant was great! Welcome teddy bear for kiddo was a wonderful bonus. Will definitely stay again!

The room was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathtub and shower area were spacious and very nice. On the other hand, the closet was tiny.
The location was very convenient. Minutes' walk from good restaurants in Roppongi. Couple of convenience stores within a hundred meters. A short walk to the subway. Easy to catch cabs outside the hotel.
The main entrance is on the side street and is an unassuming one behind a wall to block off street noise (not that there were any).
First time at this hotel. Stayed 3 nights. I would stay here again.

Bustling Roppongi area. Room a little bit small but expected for Tokyo area. A little bit walk to major subway stations and this can be annoying on hot summer days.
