Excellent experience

Nice place

I visited this hotel during the low season, traveling alone. There were only a few guests, and they were discreet and respectful. The place is absolutely immaculate, with newly furnished and clean rooms. However, there was a slight issue with the water pressure, which was a minor inconvenience. I would also suggest they provide air purifier, as dust tends to accumulate in the room, but it was manageable. The hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle, but it's easily accessible by shuttle buses within a two-minute walk. There is also a nearby restaurant where I dined every night. I must mention the exceptional service provided by Kinji, a member of the staff. He was always cheerful and helpful throughout my stay, brightening up my days. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel in the future, and I will also recommend it to my friends."

清潔で過ごしやすい宿でした。シャワー室も綺麗でしたし、炭酸水、水、氷が24時間フリーで使えたのは嬉しかったです。スタッフの方々も親切、丁寧に対応してくれました。

大変清潔なお部屋で快適に過ごすことができました。 また、ドリンク関係のサービスも充実しており、特に製氷機が設置されており、自由に使えたことが助かりました。

素泊まりには充分の宿でした。 スタッフの方が清潔にして下さっているので、とても快適でした。 ドリンクバーがあるのもこの宿の良いところです。また来たいです。

Very clean and tidy. I wasn't thrilled with the shared bathrooms prior, but it was fine. Only 5 rooms share them. Bed was of the soft foam variety, the only genuine letdown. Seriously uncomfortable. Other than that, it was fine.

The host was so kind and generous. We had arrived 1 day before our scheduled booking, by my mistake. The host offered to let us wait in the lobby for a taxi, and when he found that we could not get one as it was late at night, he offered to drive us to the nearest 7-eleven, in his personal vehicle, after hours. We were so grateful, and would highly recommend this hotel. We had a great experience. No cons whatsoever.

What a great place to stay! Room was comfortable and cozy. Heating worked well. There is plenty of free parking. I was concerned about the shared bathroom, but it was kept very clean. Shower water pressure was awesome. They provide free toiletries. Breakfast was great. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating, literally every single one. There is laundry and dryer. I liked that it was away from the hustle and bustle of the resort lodging. Only about 1.2 miles from Annupuri. About 4.5 miles from Grand Hirafu. I rented a car, so it was convenient for me. Would highly recommend.

The staff

The staff checked me in was polite and nice. The property has lots of amenities and free coffee and pops. Only downside is that you can hear noises like walking, opening and closing doors and two morning staff were talking loud at 5am in the morning and I could hear them through the door.

Amazing staff. Very informative when it comes to buses and transportation whether it’s for the general area or back to the airport.

Pensione Uno was great! The breakfast was delicious and the views of both mountains were stunning. Only con was this area is not super walkabl and buses only come every hour, but this is made up for the afforability of this spot.

Great staff, perfect location if you are visiting Niseko Annupuri Ski Resort.

The stay was very comfortable and offered great value for money. There were shuttle buses to various ski resorts, which was very convenient. You can make a reservation in advance to arrange pick-up times, and when leaving, they can also drop you off at the bus station or anywhere you like in town. Overall, the experience was excellent.

Such a cute place to stay. I stayed for a night coming back from Annupuri since it’s the closest resort to the hotel. Staff were so sweet to explain the facility in english. My room was super clean and so were the shared showers and washroom. All the amenities were there for use. They have snow equipment storage. Highly recommend for solo travellers! I would like to note that there are two floors and everytime someone runs on the top floor, you can hear their footsteps. So, if you’re super sensitive to noise or a light sleeper then you might have issues. However, they provide earplugs for use which block out the sounds. But at night, everyone is respectful and noise is kept to a minimum. I slept great. Breakfast was included for me, and it was the traditional japanese breakfast. Would stay again, if I’m ever back in Niseko! Arigato gozaimasu!!
