Impeccable experience, nice room with great space with high quantity bathing items, the interior design and garden are also great

酒店附近有2个公交车站，挺方便的。但是作为日式旅馆，房间不算大，露天温泉是大浴缸形式的泡汤，早餐是传统的日式早餐，周围很安静。

The staff is very nice and helpful. I arrive there around 8pm, and hot spring was full. The staff is great to reserve to me once no one use it

The staff here was friendly and polite. Can feel their passion in helping tourists.

地点位置很好，附近有多个公交汽车站，走几分钟就到离便利店和·平安神宫，也可走到哲学之路，南禅寺。晚餐很好。

酒店很舒適，乾淨~寒冬下有暖氣提供~使用了店內的停車場，風呂，都很是感受到店家的細心~會向朋友推介~

酒店装修很有日本特色，三个人住的。公交车站也不远。前台会说一点中文，沟通没有什么障碍。

有免费停车场，和式榻榻米很舒服，浴室用品非常好，有基本护肤品，除了吹风机还有直发梳，总体来说性价比非常高。

房間乾淨，四周環境舒適寧靜，有免費泊車

The room is very clean. The service is excellent. The food is not bad, but looks very good.

素泊まりで利用しました。 和室ツインでチェックインし、部屋に入ったらお布団ひかれていたのでテーブルでゆっくりできなかったですが、お部屋は清潔だし、お風呂も浴槽が別でとてもくつろげました！ 洗面所もアメニティやドライヤーも2種類で良かったのでお部屋自体はとても満足でした。 ありがとうございました！

We loved this stay. The property was very nice and they had a beautiful garden. I loved the amenities that they provided. I would go back for their private bath and breakfast!

An unforgettable stay in Kyoto! Every detail was carefully considered by this property and its staff/owners. High quality amenities and bedding, spacious rooms with gorgeous views. Very quiet. The food was the best we had in Japan. Both breakfast and dinner. Beautifully presented. More art than food. The staff was very helpful, kind and friendly, like a family. Thank you Ryokan Kanade and everyone who welcomed us so warmly. You were our best memory of Japan.

On a tout aimé, surtout le jacuzzi privé, c'était top.

A beautiful traditional inn/hotel, our room looked over the garden- very serene and lovely to take an evening walk in (all lit up) and likewise a morning walk (dressed in the provided yukatas). A little further out from some of the main Kyoto tourist spots but that's fitting for the location and Kyoto is very well connected with buses and the subway. Only wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you

We wanted the ryokan experience and perhaps this is why the room was fairly basic. I would say it is more of a 3.5 star hotel. We overlooked the garden which was ok… we weee expecting more The neighborhood was quiet and nice, about a 15 min walk to the a beautiful temple, the Philosphers Path and the zoo. We don’t think we will stay here again
