Staffs can speak english very well. They are also very helpful and nice! They let us store our luggages before check in and after check out as long as it's on the same day. Really love the hospitality. The room is not as small as I thought, it's actually enough for two with 1 big luggage, 1 small luggage and 2 backpacks. The room is also neat and clean, the bathroom is small but functional. There is a 7-eleven downstairs. Close to Akatsaka-Mitsuke Station. What else can I say? Oh, there's an onsen too inside the hotel. Overall, it's superb.

房間乾淨、舒適，飯店人員十分友善、英文也很流利，整個飯店給人很溫馨的感覺，讓我們在入住期間很愉快。缺點為浴室較少、電梯需要等久一些（對我們影響不大）。
飯店交通方便距離赤阪見附站步行約6分、赤坂站約4分鐘，周邊機能佳，超市、藥妝店與餐廳都不缺。飯店早餐日式與西式都有，菜色選擇多、用餐環境乾淨，但人多時可能會沒有位置。
依這次旅遊的行程上，這間飯店的位置（港區）與價錢很符合我們的要求，建議大家以自己的行程方便程度來取捨。

房間偏小，衣架較少，且美中不足的是澡堂男女時間交錯，所以太晚回飯店不一定有機會泡到，但櫃檯人員很專業，枕頭很多選擇，有些環保理念，整體是個很棒的選擇!!

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was not up to par. There was visible dust on the desk and other surfaces. In addition, the cleaning staff had left used linens and towels scattered in the corridor, rather than placing them in the proper laundry bags. This unsanitary practice of leaving towels and pillow cases on the floor of the public hallway was extremely concerning.
The property has only a single hot spring, which all guests must share and take turns using. This arrangement is highly inconvenient, as the hot spring is accessible to women only on alternate nights. Given all these issues, I do not plan to stay at this hotel again in the future.

我們是兩個人住，房間實在是太小了，行李根本無法打開，打開了就沒法走路床也小，一個人要靠牆壁睡覺，不是很舒服。
還好有泡湯的地方，不要擠在小小的廁所內洗澡。
早餐很特別，但是沒有肉類可選擇。
