Bagus banget. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk menginap setidaknya satu malam di Yuzawa Niigata. Ada shuttle hotel yang siap antar jemput dari Echigo Yuzawa Station, Gala Yuzawa Station PP. Bisa juga diantar ke Yuzawa Kogen. Bagus banget kamarnya, layanan hotelnya, onsen di dalam hotelnya, sarapannya juga enak.

Historical hotel. People are very very nice. Very good service, all our family had good time. The food is also very good. Local source, prepared with the heart. The only thing is I suggest hotel use locker for the snowboard storage.

在越後湯沢駅有shuttle bus也可以打電話給酒店去車站接送，去gala場也有接送。房間舒適又大，居高臨下風景優美，公共室內onsen是通宵開放，但open air 的只有for女性，温泉水在這家酒店充滿歴史典故，在大堂還有有關的小小博物館。晚上沒訂包晚餐的一定要予先買定吃的，因為印象中酒店方圓幾百米都沒便利店

Nice scenery. Close to Gala Ski Center and old town of Yusawa. But in winter and snowy season, needs to commute by shuttle to Gala or Yusawa. As a hotel with long history one should not expect very modern facilities but we appreciate the "historical" setup and very traditional Japanese style. F& B is very limited and only breakfast is provided. However, breakfast buffet is good

酒店可以有車接送往來滑雪場與車站，找車站客戶服務中心職員便可以幫忙聯絡，很方便
職員略懂英語，簡單溝通是完全沒問題，而且細心殷勤待客，十分欣賞。
風景如畫，窗外照色一流，震撼心靈，值得一住!

虽然比较旧，但比较舒适，服务还可以，晚餐和早餐都比较丰富，唯一比较遗憾的，就是男宾的温泉只是室内的，泡十几分钟就会很闷很热，反而女宾却有露天风吕温泉，不公平啊～这是唯一的减分点

溫泉很舒服，女生才有露天溫泉，晚餐早餐都很豐富，晚餐吃完床墊就鋪好了，服務人員也相當親切，有會中文的服務人員。太晚訂飯店住在低樓層，看出去的風景就沒有這麼漂亮，不過整體來說是很棒的住宿經驗
