我第二天一早就要离开，所以即使已经是深夜，我也请他们帮我托运行李。尽管时间很晚，而且办理入住的客人很多，他们仍然面带微笑地处理了我的请求，没有丝毫不悦，这让我非常感激。

They had breakfast buffet. Also have shops and restaurants around the hotel. There was Aeon department store with 100 yen shops as well. Free bus shuttle service to the Narita airport. Narita train station was also near by to walk there if you didn’t have any heavy suitcases.

少一顆星的原因是接駁車的預約有困難，如果可以在訂房的網頁上就說清楚這個部分會更棒，我們實際上在忙碌的旅行中忘記這件事，直到需要接駁車的前一天才預約，已經滿載，只能選到一個很緊張的時間（前往機場1小時一班…），這間旅館有兩個優點，一個是大廳就有一間全家便利商店買食物很方便，另外早餐是吃到飽的自助式餐飲，比較偏日式早餐，有比較多的小菜，喜歡吃蔬菜菜的人會喜歡，但是喜歡吃肉的人會不滿足

這酒店位置非常理想，由酒店到機場只10多分鐘車程，酒店樓下就有Steak House對面有拉麵及炸物丼，及鰻魚飯店，部份營業至晚上10點。步行10分鐘之內就有AEON supermarket及一個商場。酒店提供機場接駁服務亦很好，但事前查詢接駁車安排詳情卻得不到回覆，故附上機場二號客運大樓的等車地點，及往來機場及酒店接駁車的時刻表。由於早餐時間是早上6:00-8:30，想享用免費早餐要早一點起床及注意時間。

我住這酒店是因為需要翌日乘搭飛機回香港。
這酒店離成田機場第2航站約10~12分鐘車程。酒店於第1及第2航站有定時免費接送車，但一小時一班，我去到剛走了一班，要等1小時。建議多增班次。
之後去到酒店，酒店的大堂外型不錯，服務人員態度良好，英語亦不錯。
房間有點老舊，但以這價格我亦不能多要求，而且是雙床房。
酒店附近有很多食肆，門口就有Volks牛排店，對面有炸豬排/雞排飯店，也有拉麵店。最讚的是前行5分鐘可到Aeon Town 。那裏的超巿很大，價格不貴，值得最後衝次上貨回家。
