The hotel was a little understaffed, but they did their best to provide the best service to their guests. Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our rooms twice a day. Shoutout to Mr. Aoki from Guest Services for perfectly arranging all the transportation and box deliveries for us as well as Mr. Munuir from Guest Services for helping out with luggages and transportation after check-out. Some staff from Guest Services were less helpful and tried to avoid taking responsibility but I'm very glad Mr. Aoki and Mr. Munuir helped pull their weight. Will be back the next time I am in the area!

Hotel staff is really nice to help us change to twin room.
Nice staff everywhere who would stop and greet you with genuine smile.
Location of the hotel is very accessible with underground passage and its also near main airport bus stops. Also conveniently located near shopping malls and Umeda station area.
Truly five star hotel that gives guest privileged customer experience.

Hotel staff is really nice to help us change to twin room.
Nice staff everywhere who would stop and greet you with genuine smile.
Location of the hotel is very accessible with underground passage and its also near main airport bus stops. Also conveniently located near shopping malls and Umeda station area.
Truly five star hotel that gives guest privileged customer experience.
