地點距離大帳篷、生命之樹塔都是步行距離，附近還有另一個超市，很方便。在2gis上可以找到不同的巴士路線通往各地方，以後來astana還是會選擇住這裡。

Staff are good. And the location is as good as it can be in Astana..
My main issue was comfort. Two main reasons -
Firstly, my room was opposite the elevator and there was little sound proofing, meaning it wasn’t easy to sleep.
The main issue was how uncomfortable they made the place by constantly having the central heating on. The aircon apparently doesn’t work if their central heating is on, the answer from the staff was to open the window which isn’t practical overnight with the noise/traffic in Astana. I feel like for a hotel charging £140 you should be able to be at a comfortable temperature. Won’t stay again

- They said the hot water will not be avaliable for 3 days and did not react quickly for solution. If you carry the name “Hilton” you should resolve problems.
- The room is always cold and heating and clima is not working properly.
- inadequate personel for room cleaning. They could clean only once and at a evening time.
Long story short - the money you pay and the comfort you get does not match.

Unprofessionally managed hotel. Heating system is pumping very hot air into the rooms, very uncomfortable. The hotel is on a noisy street, so opening windows to get fresh air makes slipping at night difficult.
