Nos chambres étaient impeccables, avec tout le confort attendu.
Le personnel était vraiment très agréable, très souriant, très courtois, et même très arrangeant pour nous aider dans les différentes difficultés que nous avons rencontré. La restauration était très bonne et les serveurs très agréables. Franchement, c'était très bien. Aucun reproche à donner. Une note spéciale à Jackson qui a été super avec nous, ainsi que son boss, mais également rueben à l'accueil avec son collègue Simon il me semble, qui nous ont sorti d'une grande difficulté ! Merci à eux !

Very clean very well organized staff. Hotel was very accommodating and the rooms were very acceptable. Would recommend any Traveler. I’ve been I guest at this hotel multiple times, over a number of years often on, and I’ve never been disappointed.

Pool and garden area lovely to use and very clean. Some refurbishment work was being done but did not really cause an impact. Staff ver friendly and helpful. Food offerings very good and prices reasonable for a hotel. Easy to arrange transport back to the airport.

EKA Hotel provided a comfortable stay, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. The lobby area was nicely furnished, with pleasant décor that created a warm first impression. However, the hotel’s transition during upgrades interfered somewhat with the overall experience. Our room’s television had not been fully programmed, leaving us with limited channels and no ability to sign into our streaming services. The guest room itself was simple, with no decorative wall features, and the bathroom was very plain. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but the in-progress upgrades were noticeable and affected some of the expected amenities.

Brilliant staff, clean rooms and great pool and massage faciliities. Ive stayed 3 times and would happily make this another base in Nairobi.
One thing to note is Air con in rooms is often not great.

Purpose of stay was to refresh before a long travel segment. We didn’t stay the night. A better half day rate would be appreciated. The shower overflowed onto bathroom floor. The drain may have been blocked? We took hotel car service to airport. Driver was pleasant and efficient to explain the process at the airport - however our luggage ended up on a trolley being pushed by a young man who asked us for a “tip” so he could give a tip to the person at the entry of the terminal since he didn’t have credentials. He asked for 50 Euros. We pushed our cart in ourselves. A local would have known what the scam was. The room needs better lighting. The restaurant food on main level was very good. I would stay again. Half day rate is

Friendly stuff and helpful.
The hotel is comfortable, with good facilities and high security. The rooms are clean and calm. Convenient since it's close to the airport and other important facilities. I have stayed in this hotel twice and I have enjoyed both stays. Swimming pool is not heated but that's not a big deal. I felt at home, thank you Eka hotel.

Staff seem to have a certain way of accommodating white guests than other ethnic groups, i felt like i was just a guest not considered by the way my case was handled. This is not the first time in this hotel, i will seriously think twice before I book this hotel again
