博馬奈洛比飯店

虽然设施不能算得上很新，但是保养的还是比较好的，浴室的淋雨只有雨淋花洒，不是很方便。周边没什么可以逛的。但是酒店里面感觉很安全和安心。免费可以使用的手机是一大亮点 。

酒店的地理位置虽然不在市中心，旁边没有商场等购物地方，周边也不太适合出去散步，但是在高架出入口，所以还是比较方便的，离两个机场都比较近。服务蛮不错的。整体入住还是很愉快的。

Comfortable and quiet room. Amenities were appreciated. Buffet breakfast is expensive, so we enjoyed a lighter brekkie in the cafe.

The security people and the dining room staff and the housekeeping were very nice. But the front desk staff were less than pleasant. And they nit picked everything. You have no privacy. They follow your every move. I felt violated. And the food in the restaurants is average at best

I returned to Boma because of my experience while in Nairobi a year ago. Extremely accommodating and friendly staff. Also, the restaurants on site are delicious. I highly recommend***

Staff was very helpful

Made us pay again even though we were fully paid through hotels.com. Hotels.com gave us a refund but the Boma should have contacted hotels.com if there was a problem on their end. We showed them the paid booking and they wouldn’t honor it without us paying again so I wouldn’t book this hotel again.

Flughafentransfer war top, bezahlung durch expedia hatte erst nicht funktioniert, per chat wurde das dann gelöst

This property is beautiful, but dont use Expedia to book. Even yhough I prepaid, when I arrived they said they didn't use Expedia anymore and I had no reservation. SInce it was 4 am I had to pay again to stay and thankfully rooms were avaliable. Now I'm trying to get a refund and neither Boma nor Expedia is taking responsibility. Not great.
