虽然设施不能算得上很新，但是保养的还是比较好的，浴室的淋雨只有雨淋花洒，不是很方便。周边没什么可以逛的。但是酒店里面感觉很安全和安心。免费可以使用的手机是一大亮点 。

酒店的地理位置虽然不在市中心，旁边没有商场等购物地方，周边也不太适合出去散步，但是在高架出入口，所以还是比较方便的，离两个机场都比较近。服务蛮不错的。整体入住还是很愉快的。

Big hotel, friendly and helpful staff but the A/C was not working, shower cubicle is so small, the fridge was really small like 2*2 feet incase you plan to store things. Overall the hotel needs an upgrade or better maintenance

The rooms were okay, seemed clean. We booked the transportation from the airport to the hotel and they just never came. We ended up getting a different ride. I told the front desk person about it and they said they would look into it but they never did and we had prepaid. We arrived late on Friday night after 24 hours of travel and they only had 1 person at the front desk and a big group in front of us so it took about an additional 1/2 hour to get our room. Not ideal after a very long day+ of travel. I asked the front desk for some bottled waters and it took three separate times and two different people before I got it. I think they were just understaffed. I will have to dispute the charge for the transportation with my credit card since they never did anything about it for me.

Staff were friendly and especially the security at the entrance were always polite and friendly. The first room offered was very small and with a tiny bathroom but later we were given a bigger room with more space. Our room was kept clean all through our stay and towels changed regularly. The food was good and the portions worth the money. I would definitely booked again

The Boma Hotel was closed due to severe flooding and had no power or water. I was moves next door to the Boma Inn. The staff were great and friendly, although they were dealing with a crisis. The Boma Inn is an okder facility and okay, however, I paid for the 5 star Boma Hotel and was charged for the Boma Hotel. The Boma Inn did not have TV or any amenities. I was amazed at well the staff did setting up a makeshift restaurant for the impacted guests. The hotel is close to the national park and felt very safe and secure. Sammy, who works at the holtel was especially helpful.

Die Zimmer waren toll das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich ! Das Frühstücks Buffet war einfach Fantastisch, ich komme auf jedenfalls sehr gern wieder hierher zurück!!!

The security people and the dining room staff and the housekeeping were very nice. But the front desk staff were less than pleasant. And they nit picked everything. You have no privacy. They follow your every move. I felt violated. And the food in the restaurants is average at best

I returned to Boma because of my experience while in Nairobi a year ago. Extremely accommodating and friendly staff. Also, the restaurants on site are delicious. I highly recommend***
