Not bad but property and amenities don’t full meet my preferences

La chambre est parfaite. Le personnel est adorable, celui à la réception, à la restauration et les porteurs de bagages. La nourriture y est excellente. L’emplacement est parfait.

I had an excellent stay. The hotel is very well located, within walking distance of major sights and food options. Check-in was smooth, the lounge offerings and breakfast selection were excellent, and the room was spacious, clean, and well equipped. Wifi was fast, great choice for a short stay.

Beautiful new hotel, couldn't find any fault, the staff were all excellent especially in the executive lounge, Pasan offered particularly good service i was really impressed by him.

Tout était parfait. La chambre est très propre et bien aménagée. Le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux. L’hôtel a une très bonne situation.

Personnel attentif et en même temps discret. Très bon accueil avec salutation locale traditionnelle 🙏 mains jointes et Sabaidee. Des petites attentions qui font le charme du pays. Petit déjeuner gourmand avec spécialités locales et plats internationaux. De quoi faire plaisir à tout le monde.

Clean, convenient location

Twice in 3 days we checked- in and the extra bed for our son was not ready as well as a set of towels.

Gutes Hotel. Hier gibt es nichts zu bemängeln. Ist halt eine Kette und eher unpersönlich. Für die ersten Übernachtungen in Laos aber ideal.

The hotel is new and was absolutely fantastic. The staff was excellent, very attentive, and spoke very good English. My only comment is that I noticed flies in the breakfast buffet area that should be better controlled. I would stay there again, it is the best hotel I've stayed while travelling in Indochina for a month.
