Pullman Riga Old Town

Great hotel, located in the heart of old Riga. Walking distance to everything. Very recently remodeled. Breakfast offers a large selection of various food including vegan. Amenities include nice fitness room with pool and sauna. We had an amazing stay and definitely we’ll be back.

Conveniently located, needs second elevator working soon. Great buffet breakfast, although 4 minute eggs should be warmer.

The hotel itself and the location were great. The only problem was the parking. You can’t drive up to the hotel at all because it’s near the parliament and other political institutions. There’s no way to get to the hotel by car. The GPS kept rerouting, probably because it didn’t “understand” why access was blocked. There are police on every corner, so if you try to drive up, you risk getting a fine. This should definitely be mentioned when booking the hotel, so you know what to expect.

The hotel exceeded expectations. Facilities were excellent and little extras were much appreciated. Breakfast was delicious. They catered so well for various allergens. Good situation on the die of the old town. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is very well located on the edge of the old town within short walking distance to attractions. There are lots of great quality restaurants, cafes and bars nearby. The hotel restaurant is expensive but excellent and worth the money. The hotel is currently towards the end of a refurbishment but that did not disrupt our stay. Unsure if our room had been done yet but was comfortable, quiet and extremely spacious. The air con was effective and not too noisy. Some minor areas of damage to door frames in the room and some tile damage and yellowing of shower seal but did not detract away from cleanliness.

Hotel is upgrading and having construction works. It is something we would like to be notified in advance.

Very good! Situated central and modern. Great service. However, a constant noise from a compressor for the airconditioning system was a big challenge when sleeping. Stayed in room 434.

Heated bathroom floor. King sized bed. Quiet Great buffet, helpful staff.

Nice hotel. Going through significant construction which takes away from the ambiance. I’m sure it will be beautiful when done.

Loved our stay at the Pullman. Great location, great breakfast and great staff.

Very nice hotel. My room was clean and spacious. I would have appreciated drinks in the mini bar. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, including healthy food. Spa and fitness centre were closed but they provided free transport and access to a nearby facility.

Good hotel, good location. Unfortunately the gym was closed for renovations when I was there, but I had chosen the hotel on Expedia because it said it had a gym.

Staff was a little snobby, judged me by my looks but great accommodations

Amazing location. Perfect for exploring Riga on foot. Staff were really nice; and the bar and restaurant staff especially were very friendly and warm. The room was a good size and well laid out. Areas for improvement - the spa and pool were closed. We were only told via email a few days before arrival; but it wasn’t mentioned on arrival we weren’t given any other options or discounts as an apology. The tv in the bedroom only worked intermittently. Our room has no view whatsoever, it would be good to be aware of this when booking as I would have paid extra for a room with a view.
