The hotel was amazing. Located in Lisboeta, so there was zipcity and other attractions in the building. The staff speaks English and is very helpful. You can bring L'occitane products provided in the room for free, and those were great products.

SPA只提供男性顧客使用，卻沒有在宣傳單上明確告示，到了SPA區，才有一位年長女士態度不佳的表示只服務男性，一副我們很奇特的樣子，讓人感受很差。

We stayed in the suite which is the largest room at the end of the floor but unfortunately besides for being large there is absolutely nothing going for it.
1. The toilet smelled like pee even after cleaning the next day (we stayed 2 nights), I suspect it’s the drains.
2. The water drained very very slowly in the shower.
3. Even though its a fairly new hotel, it’s already dated and kinda dirty. There were stains on the mini bar counter top, the door handle to the bedroom fell off and we had to pop it back in ourselves.
4. Mini bar was almost non existent, only provided English Breakfast Tea, Jasmine Tea and instant coffee. Most hotels provide a Nestle Cafe coffee pod machine now days, not this one, only crappy instant coffee.
5. The water temperature in the shower was almost non adjustable!! It stayed at the same temperature even when I turned the temperature to cold because I like to take cold showers and I wasn’t able to because it went right back to original temperature. It would also periodically spurt out cold water for seconds during the shower, this happened around 10 times.
6. Contact staff from the hotel is completely uneducated in hotel layouts. The original room I booked was a different room type, I always request via Hotel.com messaging for a room away from elevators due to noise, their staff replied me only to say it’ll be depending on availability at check in. Only to find out at check in that particular room type is situated across from the elevators.

位置比較偏，前台的職員安排不妥當，當天下午4點到，說只有尾房，不然就要等2小時；然後問職員很多事情，比如說旁邊的餐廳在哪裡，都是說不知道，不清楚；很多都是新入職的感覺，服務有待改善

早餐實在太不像樣，要俾錢的應該冇可能咁差。必須要大大提升早餐的質量，否則避孕嘅感覺好差。並且沒有配套。如果地方偏僻沒有酒店車可以到達，只能夠坐到附近的酒店步行去這一間酒店。大堂的裝飾亦都非常簡單，聖誕節的氣氛並不濃厚，和其他的酒店簡直冇得比，但係收費又並不便宜。

酒店仍很新，設施如健身室和賭場都未開放。餐廳美食又選擇少。交通又少又疏，出氹仔碼頭穿梭巴士要15：00後才開始，一小時一班，浪費旅客的時間。這地區如世外桃源，非常不方便，下次不會再來呀!

葡京人周邊範圍真係荒蕪，唯一一架到果度嘅巴士35號班次少，差不多半個鐘先一班。酒店嘅shuttle又疏，由酒店去各口岸嘅班次唔準時，真係要改善。
酒店附近有嘅食肆都係酒店商場內嘅幾間食店，選擇唔多，最慘係7-11都無, 好彩嘅係我果層有飲品或小食自助售賣機，但唔係住果層的話，根本去唔到嘅....
而且，其實而家Nespresso機都應該算係酒店標配啦，但咁大間酒店竟然都無，只有兩條雀巢3盒1咖啡，真係好失望。不過房間算乾淨企理。
唯一最讚賞嘅係，酒店職員好有禮貌，服務好好。
除咗body wash, shampoo/conditioner呢D係L'occitane產品, 真係無咩特別, 其實而家好多酒店都已經係用呢個牌子嘅用品, 所以無需為呢個牌子而去呢間酒店嘞

入住當天大約6PM 到達, 但Maison L'OCCITANE 的RECEPTION 已經關閉, 需要到葡京人那邊登記入住, 雖然前面只有4組客人, 但等了差不多半小時才能登記入住
