Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 200.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

Very2 disappointed. tv cannot turn on but then they send guide to setup tv 1 hour before i check out. whats the point?
Toilet bowl also got insect. euwww so dirty room not clean. terrible service! i paid Rm400 to sleep in this condition?

Tower yang di berikan sama tower parkir jauh, padahal banyak parkir di bawah tower tempat kami menginap, di tambah lagi anak saya naik taxi tidak dibolehin sampai di tower tempat kami menginap, tapi squritynya suruh sampai di depan pintu squrity, malah gelap dan jauhh karena sudah malam juga dari Wahana permainan Genting Higlandnya, gakk lagi nginap di sini.

Mọi thứ tại khách sạn này đều tuyệt vời ngoại trừ cách xa nơi check-in quá, nếu không có xe ô tô riêng thì phải tốn thêm tiền book xe về khách sạn, và xung quanh không có siêu thị tiện ích.

It is a very spacious apartment unit that can fit 4 people or even more. The sofa can be turned into an additional bed. No complaints about the cleanliness and comfort. The only disadvantage was the distance to the main road. Also, it was pretty difficult to get a Grab or taxi, so better to drive your own car.

Hotel nya bersih dan nyaman. Untuk kamar nya puas. Ada fasilitas kolam berenang dan playground nya. Cocok untuk keluarga. Yang saya tidak puas lobby dengan bagunan kamar sangat jauh, sehingga kami harus gunakan grab dengan bawa barang sendiri. Sangat repot, tidak ada service dari hotel.

Karena service yang tidak profesional, counter check in yang jauh dengan unit apartment sejauh 1,4 km jadi mengharuskan kita bolak balik menaiki grab yang memakan biaya, lalu pada saat check in ada unit yang belum dibereskan jadi harus meminta untuk pindah unit. Dan listrik padam dari jam 4 pagi sampai dengan jam 9 pagi:(sangat disayangkan.

Jauh tempatnya ke dalamnya kalau tempat tidurnya pemandangannya oke, cuma jalan ke dalamnya jauh sekali, apa lagi kalau banyak kabut, gak kelihatan itu jalan, kalau untuk banyak orang cocok di sana apertemen kan kamarnya ya buat buat 6 sampai 7orang bisa. Dengan 2Queen bed meja makan sofa khicen set, yaa lumayan juga si. Oh iya kalau untuk check in check out nya sama dengan apertemn G3800 itu atau apa tadi lupa gua hahaha cuma sebelahan aja.

Mau check out jalan 20 menit bawa koper dan tas jalan kaki di tengah gerimis dan dinginya genting. Tidak tersedia shuttle bus. Pesan grab pun susahnya.
