重要提示
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Effective from June 1, 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4 and 5-star hotels, and MYR 2 per room per night for 0 to 3-star hotels. The star rating will be in accordance to the rating from Local Council and should the rating differ from the website, the local council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.

Hotel sangat jauh dari pusat kota dan pusat makanan pada saat malam mati lampu, pada saat komplain ke pihak hotel malah dicuekin. Sangat menyesal menginap di sini karena banyak hotel yang lebih murah dekat dengan pusat kota. Saya menginap 3 malam tapi 2 malam sudah check-out karena tidak nyaman hotel sangat jauh dari pusat kota dan tempat makanan.

Lokasi hotel strategic tapi banyak kekurangan contoh seperti tuala yang minima. Penginap 4 orang tapi tuala 2 je. Tong sampah pun share 2 bilik. Bateri remote aircond pun lemah. Harap dapat pertingkatkan mutu kualiti perkhidmatan agar lebih selesa.

Saya sangat puas menginap di hotel tersebut, setelah satu malam menginap, saya cari hotel lain karena ingin yang lebih bagus dengan biaya sebanding dan saya menemukan hotel lain tapi kondisinya mengecewakan, malam ketiga saya menginap kembali ke hotel anggerik lodging.

The worst hotel i ever been in my whole life. We traveling for 4 persons and staying at Cendana Room (Room 4 persons), the room was horrible and they only provide 2 towels. We went to front office asking for another towel, they said no extra towel and each room provide only 2 towels. Toilet was old school and no space for shower.

Saya memesan 2 kamar. Tapi pada saat kami tiba, hanya 1 kamar yang siap untuk digunakan. Kamar mandi terlalu sempit, sehingga shower mengenai kloset jika tidak mau mengenai gantungan handuk/pakaian). Flush toilet juga tidak berfungsi. Ketika kami tiba, kamar bersemut dan bernyamuk. Jumlah semut cukup banyak, menyebar di lantai. Ada 2 jenis semut. Terburuk, pengelola hanya menyediaan 2 handuk di setiap kamar, termasuk kamar untuk 4 orang yang saya pesan. Penambahan handuk dikenai biaya 5 ringgit/lembar. Peraturan tertempel di dinding kamar. Selain itu, salah satu pemilik/pengelola lodging, kepo untuk tahu status perkawinan tamunya. Padahal jelas saya datang dalam rombongan keluarga, komplit dengan anak-anak.

Selain itu, salah satu pemilik/pengelola lodging, kepo untuk tahu status perkawinan tamunya. Padahal jelas saya datang dalam rombongan keluarga, komplit dengan anak-anak.
