I stayed at the two bedroom suite ocean view. I love the room, it is spacious with the beautiful ocean view. The beach is beautiful too. Would love to stay here again whenever coming to KK.

Situated just 35 km (approximately 45 minutes drive) from Kota Kinabalu International Airport and 26 km from the city centre, it offers a serene retreat for travellers.

Kindly leave the key at the Dining areas and drop a message of the photo of the keys that you put at the dining areas to the property. In case of no photo be sent the property will deduct RM150 for lost of keys.
A security/damage deposit of MYR 300 is required on arrival. This can be collected by cash, debit or credit card. Your debit card deposit will be refundable in 7-14 working days while cash payment will be refundable upon check out upon damage check.
Maximum of 2 extra guests are allowed per unit at RM100 per guest (extra mattress will be provided). Any additional guests will be chargeable to RM50/adult and RM30/child below 12 years old.
Check out after 11am will be penalized an amount of MYR 100 per hour. After 3pm will be consider full day rates..
Please be advised that as our Spa Suites operate under an Airbnb-style accommodation model, only the items present in the unit upon check-in are included, and we no longer provide an iron, toaster, or rice cooker.

住宿地方残旧没有好好保养冲厕所冲水破旧没有应当功能,职员对顾客资料不全再次收取税金,没有足够吃的地方,整个餐厅只有一两个客人,不去也没有损失,但周围环境很好对着海边是不错的地方

訂了海景Villa，有大花園，面向大海。景觀非常棒。海灘沙幼細得很，小朋友玩得很開心。但Villa內私人泳池旁邊太多大大的螞蟻，傢俬都很舊了。很多木製用品都發霉。沒有熱水。床不太清潔，睡醒後身體很多地方給東西咬了。

環境一流，房間設備都滿意！唯獨是酒店既服務需要改善，我在零晨時分需要電召車服務，因為需要趕時間往機場，係咁緊急既情況，佢地竟然話幫唔到我，叫我地自己諗辦法！最終我地搵到導遊既幫忙有車！真係諗唔明白點解人地做到，而佢地冇辦法幫手！

這間酒店真的是不錯的, 落地大玻璃, 對住個泳池&個海,
對我同太太的蜜月旅行添上美好的一頁, 酒店服務員也好親切,
特別SYAZWAN, 佢幫左我地好多, 也好主動問我地每天過得怎樣,
需要D咩協助等等。
由於酒店為於郊區, 因此交通較為不方便,
但蜜月旅行我們在交通定景觀, 我地選擇了景觀=)

如果不怕被蝨乸咬，儘管入住吧。本人夫婦用過酒店床後身上滿佈蝨咬痕癢無比超過一星期。酒店唯一可取之處是餐廳食物味美，不過只限堂食，24小時room service的餐點款式太少。

我們訂了兩間swimming pool villla，由於我忘記另一間是用朋友的名義訂的，所以飯店服務員先帶我們check in了其中一間，後來發現問題才又去櫃檯接洽處處理另外一間villa，這次沒有人員帶我們去，我們自己去了這間villa，然後發現燈打不開又走回去櫃檯求助，然後想說看飯店能不能給我們住隔壁棟的villa，畢竟訂的時候是一起訂的，結果還是沒辦法更換的 。最糟的是我們晚上房間的門窗睡前都有檢查過是否關好，但窗簾沒拉而且客廳的燈有關上，可能是因為這樣小偷看的到我們裡面的狀況所以半夜我們落地窗的門被打開，而且隔天早上在房子外的窗台上發現有一把刀子，有朋友把錢包遺留在客廳的背包裡，馬幣跟台幣都被偷了一部分，讓人匪夷所思的是小偷只拿走了大部分的錢，還留下一部分的錢給我朋友???也或許小偷覺得這樣比較不會被發現錢被偷，也的確我們是在退房回到市區需要用到錢的時候才發現錢少了的… 但風景的確很美!

位置不好，去那裡都至少半小時。就算去附近3公里內既廣場，都要收費，而且沒什麼好看，你只係食個午餐或按摩就算，酒店早餐難食，晚飯都可以，房間的按摩池壞，電視機又轉不過國語台，露台個鎖又壞。

我們租車前往從市區開過去大約 40 分鐘，停車相當方便空間也很足夠，飯店的風景與海灘相當棒！不過設施方面可能較老舊，發生多次跳電以及洗手槽積水的狀況，不過告知飯店都可立即排除。可惜的是其實飯店提供許多設施，但在房間內都沒有看到相關的資訊。例如：BBQ 的設施我們原先以為沒有，是看到別人使用，詢問飯店櫃台之後才知道可以租用。相關資訊如果可以在房間內有說明的資料，將會更能讓我們享受在飯店的時光。
