Good value! Big room and bathroom with small cooking area....basic but clean ! Love it...however hotel parking is using the automated parking lift system, large vehicles might be difficult

I believe Citadines is a name that stands for quality. I previously stayed at one of their properties in Singapore and had a great experience, so choosing Citadines Tanjung Tokong Penang this time was absolutely the right decision.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with a stovetop, microwave, sink, and other practical amenities—making the stay very convenient. The staff were polite and always ready to assist. I encountered some issues with my room key and had a request for a late check-out, and Mr. Adzim handled everything with great care and professionalism, offering clear explanations and prompt assistance throughout.
When I checked out, the staff were incredibly helpful in loading my luggage into the Grab car. The hotel is also ideally located, with a supermarket, shopping mall, restaurants, and a food court all nearby.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Penang!

Overall, the room is good with location and cleanliness. The breakfast is the worst where only choice of 1 drink and 2 bread (I had booked inclusive breakfast). Very disappointing.

menginap di hotel dengan fasilitas hampir sama dengan apartemen karena ada pantry nya.
paling suka dengan tempat tidur nya.
semua terlihat seperti baru.
bantal nya ada 6, wow. 4 bantal besar, 2 bantal kecil.
selimut yang empuk dan bersih.
aroma kamar pun wangi.
kamar mandi juga bersih.
perlengkapan dapur nya lengkap sekali.
plus, ada setrikaan juga.

di hotel ini tidak ada restoran. tapi ada diberikan roti dan teh.
