Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes or any electronic smoking, vaping devices are strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and common areas of the Hotel premise. However, we do provide designated smoking area outside the hotel building for the guest who smoke.

The location of hotel is nice. It’s 15 mins walk to Philippine Market, Sunday Market. 5 mins walk to Central Point Shopping Mall. It’s easy to recognise as there are lighted sign of the name of the hotel.
It’s reasonable price and service as a 3-star hotel. There’s a small area of buffet restaurant in hotel, but there’re lots of choice of restaurant around hotel.
In terms of cleanliness, different staff have different ways of tidying up. It’s satisfying. Kettle are available when request.
Fast check-in and check-out at 24- hours front desk.

I lived in 5th floor for 3 nights, at the 2nd night around 2:30am, there were 3 to 4 Chinese families checked in. They opened the door and spoke very loudly. I complained to the help desk and asked for help by phone, and the staff just only said sorry to me. They did not try to stop the noise by only let it go. Finally, I went out and complained to the families directly to stop them talking and running at the corridor!
The staff made me felt very disappointing!
