Damai Beach Resort住宿政策及一般資訊
重要提示
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Document Policy
Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.
Facility Notice
Business Facilities, Gym, Spa, Restaurant / Bar, Swimming Pool open for limited number of guests per day from 1-1-2023 to 31-12-2024.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 100.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.
Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

A maximum of 2 adults + 2 Children aged 12 years and below are allowed per rooms . Extra person will be charge accordingly at Rm 150.00 Nett ( Adults ) / Rm 90.00 Nett ( Children aged 6-12 years old ) .
Extra breakfast is chargeable at MYR53.00 per adult per day and MYR31.80 per child per day.

- Staff service was really good and helpful. - Superb view. - If you stay at hilltop, you have to take a shuttle to your rooms (24-hour service). Not recommended if you stay with infants or elders. - A bit scary environment because the building looks old, but still it's very calm and peaceful. - The rooms were spacious and clean, but you can still smell the carpet odor. - I love the pillows very much. Overall, I will return to this resort.

harga n portion tidak berbaloi. portion untuk spegeti kids n fetucini utk dewasa sama..tp harga double utk fetucini.as if hnya tukar jenis pasta shj..dah mention bahawa 2 org adult stay n 2 org kids stay.tp still tuala still caj utk extra. n dulu ada berus gigi dsediakan.but now...kena beli sendiri.
katil terlalu tingginmenyukarkan utk org tua utk naik. kenapa tilam katil ditinggikan...dulu nice je ketinggian tilam katil tu.

1. The water for the bath tub was chalky. 2. The gym was locked. 3. The room service was slow. 4. Pressure water pressure in the bathroom sink was low. 5. The pillows were too soft, not supporting the head and neck when lied down. 6. The distance of the hilltop room is too far from the main hotel facilities. No direct covered walkway or corridor. Had to wait for vans every time.

The buildings (standard balcony last block) and rooms we stayed are a bit running down. Very far from lobby and at night is creepy. Requested for rooms side by side (we booked 2 rooms) but receptionist said it 's unavailable. Sound proof is super bad, cannot rest and sleep well due to the noises from next door (children playing & shouting, whole family keep coughing). Cleanliness also need to be improved, I. E: the floor is sticky and bedsheet is abit sandy.

We had a pleasant stay at the hilltop double room with sea view, comfortable bed and stunning views. Only had some hiccups during check in, waited for 30 minutes- it could have been faster if more counters were opened. Breakfast/dinner were delicious. We would come back again for another family trip.

Staffs there are very helpful and friendly, but when checked in, the room floor had a lot of sand and the sink was clogged. But overall is OK.

Check in process are very slow. Cannot enter room on time. Waiting almost 1hour. Hotel policy should change check out should be after 2pm instead of 1noon.

1. The water for the bath tub was chalky. 2. The gym was locked. 3. The room service was slow. 4. Pressure water pressure in the bathroom sink was low. 5. The pillows were too soft, not supporting the head and neck when lied down. 6. The distance of the hilltop room is too far from the main hotel facilities. No direct covered walkway or corridor. Had to wait for vans every time.

The buildings (standard balcony last block) and rooms we stayed are a bit running down. Very far from lobby and at night is creepy. Requested for rooms side by side (we booked 2 rooms) but receptionist said it 's unavailable. Sound proof is super bad, cannot rest and sleep well due to the noises from next door (children playing & shouting, whole family keep coughing). Cleanliness also need to be improved, I. E: the floor is sticky and bedsheet is abit sandy.

We had a pleasant stay at the hilltop double room with sea view, comfortable bed and stunning views. Only had some hiccups during check in, waited for 30 minutes- it could have been faster if more counters were opened. Breakfast/dinner were delicious. We would come back again for another family trip.

The accommodation looked exactly like the pictures, spacious, comfy and we got extra bed underneath. Quality and Choice of food for breakfast is still need to be improved.
