Front desk office was attentive and polite. There was also a counter which had fruit-infused cold water. This is an excellent way to beat the heat! The room was clean and quite spacious. I tried the breakfast and the choice of food was excellent and delicious. There was cereal, salad, yogurt, juice, western dishes, nasi lemak with delicious rendang, dim sum, etc. There was also tea, coffee, and fruit-infused water which was a great healthy option. Hotel location is excellent (less than 5-minute walk to Queensbay Mall, short drive to airport). Highly recommended hotel for your next stay in Penang.

飯店能時時觀看訂房需求並且給予協助（因為我住宿當天凌晨才訂房）。房間打開兩個最大行李箱是沒問題的。房間燈光充足明亮、房間內很清潔、隔音好、行李員笑容可掬，飯店還備很多免費的飲料及小零食，讓我們有渡假的幸福感。離皇后購物廣場走路兩三分鐘可到，吃飯購物非常方便。唯一缺點是雙人床翻身會影響另一個人，淺眠的建議訂兩小床的。我們另一間兩小床的床單都有血跡，感覺不好。除兩項缺點外，其他都滿分！

重要提示

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.



Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 100.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

Minimum Age for Check-in Policy
Minimum age to check-in is 18. Minor guests must be accompanied by adults upon check-in.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 06:00 - 10:00.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

All guests are obliged to below Hotel Policy once your booking is confirmed.

i. Effective 1 June 2014, the City Council of Penang will impose a Local Council Tax of MYR 3 per room per night for 4- and 5-star hotels and MYR 2 per room per night for 0- to 3-star hotels. The property’s star rating will be in accordance to the rating from the Local Council, and should the rating differ from the website, the Local Council rating will apply. This fee is payable directly to the hotel upon check-in and is not included in the room rate and taxes stated herein.

ii. Hotel will be collecting MYR100.00 per room per night as security deposit upon check-in. This deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage or abuse of facilities occurred among your stay.

iii. All special request such as additional car park, early, check-in, late check-out etc, are strongly subject to availability.

iv. Hotel The hotel may charge you an additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

This is not the first time to stay in this hotel, however it’s the worst experience ever. The type of non smoking room was early book but due to first come first serve policy I still get smoking room, the most ridiculous is front desk even ask me to sign a waver of promise not to smoke or use vapor tobacco inside the hotel, if it’s not permitted then why there is a smoking floor existed?! Then, there are water issue with no water and even with the fix, my colleague’s room was flooded due to miss caring of the maintenance. The hotel was renovated last few year but arrive and management didn’t catch up to time, with this experience, I rather recommend to other places.

Fast check in with welcome drink. Got upgraded to executive suite, with complimentary mini bar and free refill. Clean and modern room. Very good location, 10 mins to airport and industry zone, convenience to anywhere. A tea house nearby for breakfast. Next to big shopping mall, Aeon department store, supermarket, food court and restaurants. Reasonable price, highly recommend, will stay again
