This service apartment is perfect for any type of travellers, it offers great service for example when we forgot our umbrella the staff let us borrow some. The room is massive yet it is clean. Some minor issues was that the fan in the main room was not working and that in the morning, the main bathroom had a sewage-like smell which was unpleasant.

房間裡面的窗簾一開始就壞掉了不能拉，熱水的話即使把打開關打開還是不會熱，如果跟櫃檯要礦泉水一個的話要額外的收費五塊馬幣，city tax not included 10/day，不過飯店的位置還不錯

燈泡很多不亮、廁所的水很不穩定，蓮蓬頭也故障

很棒的地點，每次來都會選擇住這裡

住左4晚 設施唔算新.... 不過整體感覺唔錯....夜晚望到個塔幾靚 晏就樓下有好多車仔檔 好多野食 下次會再選擇....

Drain in the shower room was clogged. One drain hole of the basin was clogged, and the other was just OK. I would suggest the hotel improve this part.

2 mins walk from monorail Chu Lan station. Good restaurants and coffee shops next to the entrance. Local food stalls during day time and pretty quiet after dark, still very safe.

Good accommodation, Great location, convenient Overall very good

酒店整体都很好，地点也很好，就是床单和毛巾。有点旧还有污渍

Large room. Good service

房間大舒適，床特別舒服，浴缸大浸泡特舒服，水力非常勁可好快滿一缸水，我住高層看夜景好靚，可以看到雙子塔，還有游泳池水不深好游，我不懂游泳非常適合，按摩池在泳池旁邊，可按摩完再去游泳，還有在泳池廁所裡有乾蒸氣室。

間房寬敞，整體環境清潔乾淨！早餐每日也有幾款不同口味，用心制作！樓下就有約50米長，1.2m高的游泳池，非常方便及乾淨！對於我不善水性的人來講非常適合！但要留意，酒店雖然近Raja Chulan station, 但無電梯的，要搬行李！超辛苦，因為要搬三層！所以建議搭的士，由KL sentral station 到酒店都係約RM24.

一開始住進去感覺還不錯，但是housekeeping 就不怎麼樣，浴缸塞住請他來修，第4天才來修，我們都要離開了......還有一天忘記給小費，就直接什麼都不整理，把東西全部放在門口，傻眼

出入有門禁管控很安全，空間很大很舒適，但浴室有類似水溝味，蓮蓬頭開水時會亂噴水花，應該要換新，當初訂房時有備註希望高樓層，但實際入住卻是五樓。

有點舊，水糟不通，冷氣好大聲

房間是非常大似住宅，但設施很舊，床及被非常多污跡，員工態度麻麻，叫車去機場都可以忘記了，呢個價錢住返正常酒店好過。
