短途旅行住在這裡很愉快。房間乾淨整潔，員工也很友善。我們住得很開心，以後還會再來。希望飯店以後能在兒童泳池增設滑梯和其他一些設施。

A lot of noise which can't sleep well, dirty floor and bathroom.

This hotel I can say good stay for the given price rate. To enter the hotel area from the main road quite scary however when arrived the condition is quite okay. Just don't expect high about the facility and room provided, and also the services. The room no balcony but quite decent condition.

From extremely noisy construction activities above our room, stained towel to shaky toilet bowl. It was simply not worth the price we paid for. Did not expect the terrace room to be so accessible to anyone walking from outside. It was also noisy from the kids shouting from the pool nearby. Certainly not a peaceful trip that we expected. Checked out earlier than we planned because the shaky toilet bowl was not safe at all and the maintenance team said it can't be fixed in a day. Besides, there were huge rocks all along the beach and only a small area of seawater was able to be accessed from the land.

Check in kena tunggu hampir setengah jam. Then minta kain lap kaki pun tak dapat-dapat. Tu je la. Food ok, permainan ok, kolam ok. Mintak baiki singkin tersumbat pun cepat je.

Tak pernah lagi pi hotel seteruk ni, start di lobi sampai ke bilik semua kotor, tapi masalahnya harga hotel mahai. Sila upgrade, sayang hotel cantik tapi kotor

It was a horrifying stay. • On my arrival at around 2PM at Erya Cherating, I was informed that Room xxx was not ready and we will be able to check-in at 3PM • My wife and I went for lunch instead and headed back to the hotel around just before 5PM • When I went into Room xxx, it was badly kept. Had a stuffy smell like there is moss and damp. Ironing board was in a bad shape. Bathroom sink is stained, and the bathroom shower screen stained. Bed frame broken. Bedsheets were stained. Bed skirting black stains. Had baby cockroaches running around in the bathroom. Curtains black stains. Room lamp full of dust. TV was full sticky and damp • I immediately called head office and spoke to main office and mentioned I wanted a change of room else I will take this up to the higher authorities • Few minutes later, we were given room xxx which is located near the pool area. This room was marginally clean. Bathroom shower frame stained. Curtains black stains. Lighting very dull. Curtain panel was dusty, and I had to clean that myself The pictures that is on the hotel website are not what I saw or even on the app. This is false advertising and the WIFI was weak and could not be used in the room Staff was very friendly, but management should really take into considering: 1. Performing deep cleaning in all the rooms 2. Upgrade the hotel – rooms, surroundings 3. Cleanliness is bad

Hotel buruk. Bilik air kotor. Tilam dah keluar spring. Dalam booking cakap large bed sampai sana tengok single bed. 👎

My seaview was actually a bush-covered-with-zinc-plate view. Cleanliness, service, and facilities at its worst. (The toilet is dirty and smelly, dirty curtain, super dusty aircond, non-functioning safe-box, flickering TV channel, non-operating restaurant, a working excavator at the beach, the room was not ready and need to wait until 5pm). At night, it was super gloomy. I checked-out after only 4-hours of staying. Can't take it anymore to spend my night there.

comfortable short stay however old design for room. very simple rooms need new refurbished. expect a simple room breakfast is reasonable. had bubur nasi, nasi ayam.mee goreng, scramble egg, cereals, toast , fresh orange and hot drinks reasonable size of pool, but located just in front of beach which has fantastic view reasonable for short stay only

It was a run down resort. Not elderly friendly, everything is old. no maintenance.

Must wait until 3.00 pm to check in. No compromise at all to check in earlier than that as they have not enough staff to clean the 114 rooms (4 staff only). Plus the hotel's staff (girl) was not very friendly at the time.

Hotel condition very uncomfortable and not clean.

Percutian yang terbaik untuk keluarga, view yang cantik, sarapan yang sedap.

Kebersihan yang kurang memuaskan. Penghawa dingin tidak sejuk dan tak pernah di servis, ada berbau dan banyak habuk. Dalam bilik berhabuk di meja dan kerusi. Dalam mini peti sejuk ada bekas botol air yang telah digunakan. Makanan sarapan pagi yang berpatutan.

Check in went smooth. However, the lift is not working. we need to wait for them to repair the lift, because our luggage is heavy to carry via stairs. It took about 15 minutes. The room is spacious but smells like wet carpet. The breakfast was tasteless, I mean even the simple fried meehoon has no flavour. Upon check out, we have to carry our luggage via the stairs, since the lift is broken again. Hope they can improve their service.

Need a thorough cleaning in the bathroom. Need a better cleaning service around the hotel. Food was ok.

Simple but not spacious room. Everything was good. OKU friendly & easy to park my car
