Very friendly receptionist, easy to park the car, cleanliness of the room is not bad.

No problem with the staff but room cleanliness very unsatisfying expecially toilet and room floor not vacuum.

Staf yang baik dan peramah. Penyediaan makan sahur juga telah dihantar ke bilik oleh staf hotel. Perkhidmatan yang sangat baik untuk kemudahan pelanggan. Ini bukan sahaja memberi kepuasan pelanggan tetapi juga membuatkan pelanggan untuk lebih setia dengan Greenlast.

Amat memuaskan layanan di kaunter hadapan begitu mesra, kawasan berdekatan dengan pusat perniagaan dan mesra pelanggan.

Spacious room, reasonable price

Enjoyed our stay. The family room was huge. Room was separated into 2. 2 Queen beds in one room, 1 single bed and one sofa (could be sofa bed) in the ballroom, TV, fridge and ample space for my kids to run around. Only thing I was unhappy about was that breakfast had run out by 9am, they were almost on full capacity, but that's no excuse for not estimating food, anyhow, they did service recovery and refunded a decent amount during checkout, which was unexpected. I would assume this hotel has been around for a while, but the rooms were clean and air-conditioning was cold. Adequate parking bays also available for those with cars. And the staff were polite whenever I encountered them. On top of it all, the app's voucher was a bonus.

Baru check in, kotor! rambut bersepah! Bilik mandi kotor. Booking kn utk my mom and dad. Sangat kecewa. I told my mom to ask about that to receptionist clean up or change the room! 🙄

Bilik langsung tak privacy, kentut pun boleh dengar, pintu tandas takleh kunci.

Really good staff, comfortable room and with excellent bar/ G Kitchen in 1st floor. Suggest you to stay at this hotel.

easy check in, room spacious and comfortable for family with children. price is really reasonable. breakfast also good.. simple but nice.. overall satisfied.

Very noisy at night. Not very privacy. The door lock not look very safe. But the breakfast is quite awesome.

Bilik luas selesa, aircond sejuk, katil cadar selimut bersih, kedudukan hotel strategik. Layanan mesra & pantas oleh frontdesk staff. Tapi ada kesan rokok di luar beranda dan pada karpet. Ada stain pada couch. Sarapan kurang menyelerakan.
