We have the most pleasant stay in the family room. The hotel and the room is clean. The air con and shower work well. Breakfast is simple and nice. The staffs are very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend it.

重要提示
As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 4.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

i. Refundable Deposit Our hotel will collect a refundable deposit to guarantee incidentals during your stay with us. ii. Check In / Out Timings Check in time is at 3pm onwards and check out time is at 12.00 Noon sharp. Extension of check out timing is subjected to availability and additional charges may apply. iii. Minimum check-in age is age 18. Kindly contact hotel for late check-in & last-minute booking. For No Show, reservation will be forfeited and room will be released automatically. iv. On 01 April 2012, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. Please note, effective 01 January 2025, hotel will collect this fee this fee directly from guests upon check-in or check-out. Mandatory charges: 1. Heritage tax: MYR3 per room per night 2. Non-Malaysian is subject to tourism tax MYR10 per room per night. **Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason(s) that does not violate Federal or State laws.

飯店位置靠近雞場街夜市。飯店提供飲水機。房間乾淨整潔。缺點是飯店正對面就是一座清真寺，如果您不是穆斯林，早上可能會被清真寺響亮的祈禱聲吵醒，影響睡眠，就像我一樣。幸運的是，我最終還是睡著了。

Hotelnya sudah tua, jadi ada aroma kurang enak di koridor menuju kamar. 1 hal yang paling bisa dipuji adalah kamar mandinya cukup bersih dan air panasnya sangat proper. Jangan berharap terlalu banyak karena yang di foto pada aplikasi dengan kenyataannya jauh berbeda.

Can not connect WiFi. Asked to receptionist but thay say they don't know how to fix problem. Too noisy because soundproof was very bad. Can hear next room talk. But price is cheap and location is convenient!
