We have the most pleasant stay in the family room. The hotel and the room is clean. The air con and shower work well. Breakfast is simple and nice. The staffs are very polite and helpful. I strongly recommend it.

The service is great. Hotel Manager Eric is very helpful and introduced a lot of good food to me. Recommended.

Soundproofing was so bad. The building is old. Have to pay rm50 deposit + rm2 heritage fee (non refundable) upon check in. Good location, suitable for people who won't spend much time in the hotel.

The window can not be closed, the sound of outdoor ac can be heard from the bed rom. Bed is hard. It is walking distance to jonker.

The website and notice board put that we can check in at 2 pm however when we reach the hotel we were told that we only check in at 3 pm. But luckily we can still place our bags in the lobby

I love the room it's comfortable and full service and it's clean but the blanket still got a bit stain but it's alright. Anyway it's a very good experience

On 01 April 2012, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory RM2.00nett Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. Please note, effective 01 January 2015, hotel will collect this fee this fee directly from guests upon check-in or check-out. Mandatory charges: 1. Heritage tax: MYR2 per room per night 2.
