Very clean, good bed, hot shower, lots of places to walk to eat. If you want a room with a window it's 2$ extra. 50 rinngit deposit and 10 rinngit per day tourist tax (law). Very cold a/c. Great place.

Nice clean room with soap shampoo toothbrush electric kettle and cups. Shower was hot for about 10 minutes at a time. Housekeeping available upon request. Book ahead this place fills up. Very walkable with do it yourself laundry near by. 50 rinngit deposit and 10 rinngit per night tourism tax.

Saya menginap semalam di hotel ini dan secara keseluruhan, pengalaman saya sangat menyenangkan. Mulai dari proses check-in yang cepat dan staf yang ramah, saya langsung merasa disambut dengan baik.
Kamar yang saya tempati bersih, nyaman, dan tertata rapi. Tempat tidurnya empuk dan kualitas tidur saya sangat baik, saya merasa benar-benar bisa beristirahat setelah hari yang cukup melelahkan. Kamar mandinya juga bersih dan dilengkapi dengan air panas yang berfungsi dengan baik.
Meskipun hanya semalam, saya sempat menikmati suasana hotel yang tenang dan nyaman. Interior hotel juga modern dan elegan, membuat suasana terasa lebih homey. Saya sempat melihat-lihat area restoran, dan tampaknya cukup menarik, tapi sayangnya saya belum sempat mencoba makanannya.

A satisfying experience staying here, we stayed here because there was a music concert nearby and the distance was very close to walking so the access was very easy. Around the hotel location there are also many places to eat and familymart. The room is spacious and clean. Friendly staff. If there is another concert this will be our first choice hotel again hehe.

We arrived early to check in and left our luggage. The lady at the front desk was kind but not particularly friendly. The room was ready at 1 PM, and so far, it has been good and clean. However, the room isn't soundproof, which is quite annoying when the neighbors open and close their doors.

I have to personally thank to all the staffs there. Especially miss who were assigned at Sunday morning Jul 30th. She helped me immensely when my phone was broken and I need to know my booking ID for my return flight, she also helped me to order grab with her phone and she lended me her phone. I couldn't thank her enough. Hotel is also comfortable and so many food stalls around.

Sound proof very bad. Very noisy until morning 5 am from downstairs I paid 3 nights and check out after first night. Really bad.
