As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

A tourist tax of MYR 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. You may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in, along with cash to cover the incidentals and deposits. All special request such as additional car park, early check-in, late check-out, non-smoking room etc, are strongly subject to availability & cannot be guarantee. You are encouraged to contact hotel at least 24 hours before arrival for the special requests. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserves room’s maximum occupancy. Any availability of extra bed or baby crib is subject to availability.

Good budget hotel in good location but…Mosque and temple can be loud at times. The main issue that you all need to be aware of is that the staff that clean the room stole money from us! Half of the cash in my daughter’s wallet was removed while the room was getting cleaned. Went through her bag to get to the wallet. Management wanted me to report it to the police but I didn’t. Didn’t want to waste my limited time dealing with this when at the end of the day nothing will come of it. Got the sense that they have had problems with their cleaning staff before. Therefore a word of warning; take all your cash and valuables with you or tell them to never clean your room! We had 5 nights so needed some new towels and a tidy up. Shame because I thought it was a good budget hotel.

Too bad they still open when they got renovation on the 2nd floor, so the elevator didn't work at all and they put materials everywhere. My room is on the 3rd floor with luggage and stuff, they didn't offer help. The staff weren't friendly to me, they have difficulties understanding English.

Hotel dekat tempat keramaian, ke komtar cuma 5 menit naik taxi, tempat makan india banyak, receptionist ramah, bisa titip bag setelah check-out. Kalau untuk backpacker yang hanya untuk numpang tidur dan mandi saja sih oke, tapi kalau untuk santai saja di hotel kurang sesuai karena fasilitasnya biasa saja. Sesuai dengan budgetnya yang ramah di kantong.
