Good budget hotel in good location but…Mosque and temple can be loud at times. The main issue that you all need to be aware of is that the staff that clean the room stole money from us! Half of the cash in my daughter’s wallet was removed while the room was getting cleaned. Went through her bag to get to the wallet. Management wanted me to report it to the police but I didn’t. Didn’t want to waste my limited time dealing with this when at the end of the day nothing will come of it. Got the sense that they have had problems with their cleaning staff before. Therefore a word of warning; take all your cash and valuables with you or tell them to never clean your room! We had 5 nights so needed some new towels and a tidy up. Shame because I thought it was a good budget hotel.

Too bad they still open when they got renovation on the 2nd floor, so the elevator didn't work at all and they put materials everywhere. My room is on the 3rd floor with luggage and stuff, they didn't offer help. The staff weren't friendly to me, they have difficulties understanding English.

Hotel near the crowd, to Komtar only 5 minutes by taxi, many Indian eateries, friendly receptionist, can leave bags after check-out. If for backpackers who are only for sleeping and taking a shower it's okay, but if for relaxing at the hotel it is less appropriate because the facilities are just ordinary. In accordance with the budget that is friendly in the bag.
