Effective from 1st January 2025, the Melaka State Government imposed a mandatory MYR 4.00 Heritage Tax Fee per occupied room per night for all hotel accommodation. This fee may change without prior notice. This fee will be collected by hotel upon guest arrival.

最好的海景公寓酒店，房间宽敞舒适，浴室很棒，有洗衣机、微波炉、冰箱，烹饪区非常舒适，只有经济型酒店的遥控器坏了，不好用，要求更换，他们什么也没说。

房间大小和设施其实都足够了。从餐桌、客厅到吹风机、冰箱、智能电视、浴缸，以及其他一些设施，应有尽有。酒店位置离市中心（例如鸡场街）有点远，但仍然可以乘坐Grab或步行30分钟左右到达。
工作人员非常乐于助人，WiFi连接不上，他们提供了几种方案，但都无法持续使用。智能电视根本无法使用。我主要担心的是大堂和房间的清洁度，房间里仍然可以看到灰尘或可见的污垢。我觉得还可以改进。
我认为，只要他们提供更优质的服务和更清洁的环境，房价可以提高。这次住宿体验还不错，没有其他评论者说的那么糟糕，但我希望他们能更加注意这些方面。

超级干净，便宜，漂亮。距离马六甲市中心附近的景点仅10分钟路程。距离抖音热门的监狱博物馆4分钟路程，哈哈。最好是这里不像市中心那样拥挤。大家可以放松一下。

有人试图开门。他们输入了好几次房间密码，同时按了两次门铃。他们还试图推门。房间并不干净，床单上还有灰尘。浴缸无法使用。水一直从浴缸里流出来，直到完全流干。浴室乱糟糟的。地板总是湿漉漉的，因为水无法通过下水道排出。空调需要维修。

bawak anak² holiday sini memang bestt. kolam luas, rumah cantik, lengkap dengan tv netflix+aircond+bathtub+dryer+cabinet dapur+meja makan+sofa dengan harga yang sangat² berpatutan. time check in check out pon smooth. cuma receptionist perempuan free hair tu la agak rude sedikit. cakap kemain laju pastu pakej side eyes lagi. mungkin dia nyampah ngan sis kot sebab 2.35ptg dah tanya dah boleh check in ke belum. hahaha

The apartment is too stuffed. They provided a half used toilet paper roll. The kitchen plates and forks were not enough for 2 people! And can't be washed because they didn't provide anything to wash with. The lady on the counter was so friendly and amazing, she 's the one who made the stay worth it. But the guy was rude and had an attitude. I rented through Airbnb before and the experience was much better for a much cheaper price. Since Airbnb is on the boycott list I'm exploring other options. Bur this is not one I'll be using again.

Kecewa sikit. Dah sampai melaka baru traveloka call bilik full book dah book awal tapi tibe tibe bilik full book. Tapi takpela dah dapat pon stay bilik yang sama itu pun lepas kena marah marah, kalau tak merempat la kami kat melaka ek. Please la lepasni alert sikit jangan buat customer mcm tu lagi. Huhu. Bengang taw dah sampai melaka tibe tibe call cakap bilik full book, takde mood terus padehal dah book awal. Pegi bercuti bawak anak nak happy happy tiber jadi macam ni, potong mood betul semalam. Saya ade book lagi awal bulan 9 dah book awal ye. Jangan tibe tibe call cakap "bilik full book" lagi ye. Hank you

The room and common areas are superb dirty. Dust, hair everywhere. Toilet and room have unpleasant smell. Definitely is not recommended. Very low quality place.
