Hotel aprtmnt yang best dapat view laut bilik yg selesa besar bilik air best kemudahan mesin basuh,microve,peti ais tempat masak selesa sngat cuma remote econ rosak tak best minta tukar xda katanya.

Buat orang Indo yang mau ke Mahkota Medical ataupun cuma liburan, please banget ambil di sini, bagus banget, bersih, kamar besar, aesthetic. Kalau ke Malaka lagi mau nginep di sini sih berkali-kali

The room size & facilities were actually adequate. From dining table, living room area, hairdryer, fridge, smart TV, bathtub and other utilities. The location is pretty far from Central (e.g. Jonker Street), however still accessible with Grab or 30 minutes-ish walk. The staffs were pretty helpful, the WiFi can't connect and they give several options. However, none of them work sustainably. So, the smart TV didn't work at all. My main concern was the cleanliness of the lobby and the room, I can still see the dust or visible dirt in my room. I believe it could be improved much much much better. I think, the room price could be increased as long as they provide better quality service & cleanliness. It was an okay stay. Not as bad as other reviewers review, but yes, I hope that they pay more attention to these aspects.

There is someone trying to open the door. They enter the room password several times. Ring the doorbell twice at the same time. They also tried to push open the door. The room is not entirely clean. There is still dust on the bedsheets. The bathtub cannot be used. The water keeps draining from the tub until all of the water is gone. The bathroom is a total mess. The floors are always wet because the water cannot drain through the sewer. The air-conditioning needs to be serviced.

bawak anak² holiday sini memang bestt. kolam luas, rumah cantik, lengkap dengan tv netflix+aircond+bathtub+dryer+cabinet dapur+meja makan+sofa dengan harga yang sangat² berpatutan. time check in check out pon smooth. cuma receptionist perempuan free hair tu la agak rude sedikit. cakap kemain laju pastu pakej side eyes lagi. mungkin dia nyampah ngan sis kot sebab 2.35ptg dah tanya dah boleh check in ke belum. hahaha

The staff are very friendly, but there's one night the air conditioner was broken, I think, because it's watery when I turn it on. But overall, I really love it.
