I had a very comfortable stay here for 2 nights. I love the spacious room and comfy bed, plus ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. Throughout my stay, the staff were very accommodating and able to fulfil my request promptly. The breakfast buffet was tasty with plenty of menu varieties. I would not hesitate to stay in this hotel in the future if they are able to keep this standard of service.

I recently stayed at the Kinta Riverfront Hotel & Suites and had a great experience. The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. While the service was okay overall, the standout was undoubtedly Mr. Kartikh, the reception staff at the Riverview Coffee House. His unwavering helpfulness and trustworthiness made a lasting impression, showcasing him as a truly valuable asset to the hotel. It's rare to encounter someone so genuinely dedicated to ensuring guests have a fantastic stay. Here's hoping for more individuals like Mr. Kartikh in this world.

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Effective 1st Aug 2019, the Hotel will be charging a nominal fee of RM2.00 per validation of car park ticket
Please be informed that our swimming pool will be closed from the 27/03 – 21/04 for repair and maintenance works. Hot water in the rooms will also not be available from the 27/03 – 21/04 due to breakdown on the hot water system. The repairs will take approximately 3 weeks due to the Hari Raya holidays and the factories are closed.
For guest who booked Ramadan package, please be informed that the buffet is no longer available as it is applicable for Ramadan month only.

Masa I booking bilik Superior King Room, tertulis di aplikasi dapat city view and bathtub. Tapi bila I sampai dan inform staff yang I booking, dia cakap just city view saja, kalau nak bathtub kena add on RM 50 lagi. So, di situ I rasa sangat rugi. Bayar tapi tak dapat seperti yang tertulis. So, I just proceed bilik yang dia bagi tanpa bathtub.

The staff here very very nice and friendly. The swimming pool is kid friendly, they provide the swimming float for kid. Very convinient to find food , in hotel alone got shabuya and Chinese restaurant. Highly recommended. Nice hotel.

Booked Deluxe King Room. Was given a room with a bad smell. Changed to another room. No smell but the electric in the room is not working (the master control) whereby you cannot select do not disturb. One comment from me is poor management.

I recently stayed here during Thaipusam season. Their room and breakfast is good, but the room service food is really expensive. Moreover, they charged for parking. Even underground parking, they charged per hour RM2. I'm not sure why you are charging for hotel underground parking. The hotel should provide free parking for their customers. I think you should consider the parking fee. We pay for the hotel plus need to pay for parking also? Also, the baby cot with a stainless steel frame is like a hospital crib. TV channels also not clear at all.
