The service was good. But the condition of the hotel is quite old. However, the place is fascinating at night and my toddler really enjoy the riverfront games (with additional budget of course).

Linen can be improved to real white. 2. Breakfast service can be improved. Asking guests to make own noodles not proper. 3. Breakfast supervisor not bothered about supply of lay out.

Not worth for the price because some problems occur, toilet bowl badly choked, flushing not working properly, window 's door lock was broken might cause safety issue especially if you bring small kids, breaksfast just moderate, thank you.

Booked family room- so big, facilities and amenities tip-top, staff friendly and helpful, swimming pool system excellent, breakfast -varities, check out super fast. Surroundings-superb- enjoyed walking at kinta riverfront. Thank you for the hospitality. 10 stars.

Rooms are in good condition. Very clean and nice smell. Mermaid swimming pool is also nice 👍🏻 Kids love it. Receptionist also very nice and well trained. I forgot to ask her name, Indian lady, she's very nice. Overall we will definitely come again.

Strategic location, free and ample parking space, room quite good, has swimming pool, the breakfast is wholesome. Overall, worth it.

Room facilities eg safe wardrobe faulty. Changed room-also same-fittings worn out in need of repair not fitting to bear 4 star rating wouldn't choose hotel again.
