Senang dengan staff yang ramah dan membantu. Ketika belum bisa check in, resepsionis menjelaskan alasan dengan detail dan ketika ada hal yang ingin saya tanyakan, dijawab dengan sabar. Lokasinya dekat dengan mal dan stasiun bus. Gampang akses ke mana-mana.

Overall experience was good except the Hotels.com price is more expensive than going direct to the hotel to book. We paid MYR 30 less each room for the second night stay there. I am disappointed with Hotels.com
