As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 50.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash and debit card.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
Tourism Tax remains unchanged at RM10.00 per room per night for all foreign passport holders, which adds to SST & to be collected separately from room charges upon check outs. Malaysian nationals and permanents residents of Malaysia exempted from Tourism Tax under Exemption Order.

Terima kasih hotel ini selamatkan saya daripada bajet hotel yang ada lipas dan bising selalu. Bilik tidaklah terlalu besar, tapi kebersihan hotel terjaga. Takde kawan lipas sepanjang tiga hari. Lobby hotel juga sediakan biskut dan buku di bawah untuk pelanggan, satu inisiatif yang baik. Staff juga peramah, boleh dikira mesra. Saya suka kad-kad "perlukan me time" begitu, yang menunjukkan hotel betul-betul tahu macam mana nak buatkan orang kertawa. Kalau nak kata kekurangan, mungkin cermin tingkap yang tak begitu tebal membuatkan kadang-kadang terganggu. Tapi, saya masih bersyukur. Terima kasih staff yang kemaskan bilik dan cadangkan saya makan di restoran Kak Zah, jaga diri, jumpa lagi.

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, no electric kettle and hair dryer provided, but you can get your hot & cold water from the Coway dispenser. Iron area is also provided. Would recommend for short stay/emergency stay because comfortable.
