飯店服務很好. 不過房間的霉味很重, 房間裡面濕氣很重. 飯店的餐廳只有兩個, 用餐選擇少.

Nice hotel with good view. It would be much better if the restaurants could provide more variety of food like burger, pizza.

對這次入住非常滿意，房間很大，空間感很足夠，價錢不算貴，但感覺很好，泳池與環境都很好，此外與摯愛在餐廳內過了很快樂的一個生日。

服務員態度友善, 酒店環境非常不錯. 客房有露台, 能看到海景. 不失渡假之選.

staffs r nice~ the room is clean and comfortable. if Im going to visit Langkawi again, I will choose Ombak again

飯店所在位置較為安靜，房間如同網站照片一樣寬敞，可惜馬桶有漏水狀況、週末住宿房客較多時，浴室水量變小，海灘退潮時有臭味。

Room is okay, service is acceptable and is not that bad as people commented. Suggest to stay with renting a car. Breakfast is good. Swimming pool is fantastic especially in the night but is too early to close.

Their buffet was nice and so did the swimming pool.

the environment is very nice room are very comfortable, and near airport. BUT the staff there are not well trained i just want to make a phone call at my room and i dial to opreator and he keep saying my number was wrong but when i give the same number to the front desk , the number can connect. Also the staff said the fee is RM1 for i min , but after connected i just said a few word(within 1 min), then the staff said RM4, that was totally overcharged. And her attitude was bad and not poliet. that why i cant make the call in my room because they want the money to their pocket.

Never reply a email. Just 5mins drive from airport. View is okay. Dirty water, cant swim. Room is good.Nice bathroom. Mosquito is everywhere in the room. You will feel itchy every morning. Not sure it is mosquito or other insect's bite. We wanna cook fish after the fishing trip. They have a kitchen, but you need to have your own kitchen stuff to cook. It is ridiculous. Room service is extremely slow/bad. Request for fork and knife. Arrived after 45mins. Food is already cold. Request for salt. Waited for 45mins and call room service again.They answer "I will check and call you back" NO call received and salt didnt come. Will try other hotel in the next kangkawi trip: )

La vue depuis la chambre est magnifique La chambre est spacieuse, le personnel est très agréable Mais manque de soin général dans les parties communes et le ménage est tres succinct ! Quel dommage

スタッフはみんな親切です。 ホテルの周りに何もないので、ホテルでゆっくりされたい方にはおすすめです！ バスタブもあり水圧も強め。 お湯もちゃんと出ます。

Very good hotel and sea view rooms

Frokosten var kjempebra, god mat på restauranten. Kjempegod service fra personalet og fra guide bedriften som stod der. Fikk god hjelp til å booke scooter direkte fra hotellet og god service ved å booke båt videre til Koh Lipe. Misfornøyd med at det ikke fantes bar på området.

Great. Should have communicated early advising the beach was closed. Otherwise it was brilliant!!!
