Everything is perfect from the beginning. Nice and helpful staff starting from the bellboy to the receptionist. The room is bigger for 2 people, like a studio unit minus the washing machine. Everything is clean. Will stay again next time.

It's an awesome premise! Very clean and neat 👍 My kids really like the bath-up and everything about the room. Very strategic location too, worth the money. 7-Eleven is just next to the hotel. Another credit for the receptionist Miss Ira, she is so nice and friendly, she gave us a room at a higher floor with a nice view of the Twin Towers. Thanks Ira!

As announced by Royal Malaysian Customs Department, Tourism Tax is imposed starting 1 January 2023 for all hotel guests that are non-Malaysian or non-permanent Residents of Malaysia. Please expect that hotel will collect the Tourism Tax from you during check-in at the hotel. The Tourism Tax rate is 10 RM per room per night.

Sky Pool Level 31 closed temporarily from 8-5-2025 to 30-5-2025.
Deposit Policy
Deposit MYR 100.00 is required upon check-in. The accommodation accepts cash, debit or credit card.

This is our 4th time staying in this hotel. This largely sums up our satisfaction in this hotel. Location is within walking distance from the busiest area yet remains to have its quietness. Admittedly there are areas of ageing signs and attentions such as the ensuite bathroom door. Overall, cleanliness and services are remaining at a high standard. This stay has again been a very pleasant experience.

大約十年沒有到吉隆坡，之前多次因工作或路過，短暫停留三四日，住的都是五星酒店，今次旅遊性質，八日七夜，所以選實用的酒店，此酒店完全符合我的要求，有齊雪櫃，微波爐，多士爐，電煮食爐，可以自己做簡單的早餐。房間很大，應該有700呎實用面積，住的是一房一廳開放式廚房，瓷磚地感覺整潔乾淨，日用品如有不足，打電話去服務台亦很快送到，我住的樓層可能番新過後不久，感覺很新淨。天台游泳池，可以清楚看到吉隆坡塔及部份雙子塔，有三天都去游泳，其中一天竟然只有我和太太兩人享用整個泳池。地點非常方便，從機場坐快鐵轉一程三個站的地鐵再行8分鐘便到，距離三條不同路線的鐵路站都只是6至15分鐘步行路程，用手機Apps叫出租車，有時快到不足二分鐘就到，最多亦不超過十分鐘就有車到，四通八達，行去夜市不用6分鐘，若想在高級些有冷氣的飯店用餐，步行15分鐘有個大商場，什麼東西都有得食。此酒店以價格論是超值，有家的感覺，平實舒適而不華麗，下次再到吉隆坡都會選擇入住。

在吉隆坡第二次住這邊，感覺一樣棒, 果然，一到酒店，職員已很熱情地歡迎我們.進去是一間小套房，有一個開放式小廚房，客廳有兩張貴妃椅，房間面積很大，包括有卧室、衣帽間、起居室、廚房、洗手間，除洗手間外，其他設施全以開放式設計,我住在22樓,房間旁就是大片的落地窗晚上排天景色都很美, 而且是面向雙子塔的方向...晚上的景色也很不錯,床的後面還有更衣室空間,非常的美好! 酒店的早餐雖款式少，但每樣菜都很好味！環境很好！找吃的很方便, 樓下有7，-11, 附近餐庁很多。Shopping Mall, 公共交通 步行就可以到 . 我們如果要再到kl，我們也會選擇入住此酒店
還有face mask供给客人使用.
