美里濱水鉑爾曼飯店

自己和家人多次入住，之前就覺得櫃檯服務不是很親切主動，而且訂購海景房會城市景 這一次定海景房，還是給城市景，我只好到櫃台反應，櫃檯一點不好意思的態度都沒有，服務真的很糟 後來的換房，一進去就有噪音，我只好再重新下樓換房，我總共下樓換房四次，櫃檯一點感到抱歉的服務都沒有，當時已經半夜～ 對於飯店的服務感到非常不滿 車子抵達大門口，門口服務員也沒有主動幫忙拿行李 整個飯店的服務水準真的太差

清潔度及地點還不錯。美中不足的是： 1.下午三點鐘辦理入住，竟然大排長龍，等待超過1小時，還對許多客人說房間未整理好，櫃台人員只有三個。我只好先離開，至到下午六點才順利入住。 2.晚上八點鐘去七樓想來個按摩，服務人員說沒收客了，營業時間到晚上10點，就不收客人。

Good Location, good price and value. good view and good service.

check in is very slow as usual, other than that it's all good.

In my second night, the downstairs Chinese guests from China who smoked in the bathroom and fly into my bathroom and room very soon ......It was so terrible because this is a all non smoking room 5 stars hotel ! I can believe my room were full of cigarette smoke so I called front desk and ask them to check my bathroom soon ! Then I had to exchanged to another room in the midnight ! I recommend the hotel can only host Chinese guests in the future so they can enjoy smoking in your hotel room without any other countries's guests ......~____~.....

Compare to other Pullman hotel I think this is not as good but overall still ok. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. However the staff was particularly slow at the check in / check out desk.

A spacy room with little toiletries equivalent for three stars hotel, the bed is comfortable but the towels are quite hard. The tv is quite old with buzzling sound . The restaurant is big with varities of food BUT need to improve for the cleanliness many flies around especially at raw food corner . They should put flies trap and cover the food. Otherwise it is excellent . The staff are friendly and helpful

Short stay here was pleasant. The hospitality was great. Amazing view of the city and sea.

Like: friendly service. The view is nice. Not like: the window is dirty. The room basin is mild clogged. Need to call to request for electric kettle and iron. The cleaned coffee mug is not available during peak time.

Modern, well-maintained and run hotel in the heart of Miri, right on the river. Less than 15 minutes from airport. Good pool. Friendly staff. Spacious, comfortable rooms with great view.

Great location, spacious hotel. TV needs upgrading. Seems a bit too old and small for the spacious room. Caninet where they put fridge may need regular maintenance because making creaky sound. But i love the hotel overall. Been here few times.

Food was great, however the room was abit old, not as expected.

We got a free upgrade from a Deluxe room to a Suite, thanks to the friendly staff. Overall had a pleasant stay but amenities wise could be better for a 5-star hotel. Small TV, buzzing humming noise from ceiling.
