Putra Brasmana Hotel

Every process was so smooth, from before the booking step until I checked out on the last day. I contacted the hotel before booking the room because I wanted to confirm about the size of the room and what view will I get. The staff was so responsive and helpful. Then after booking, I even contacted them again through WhatsApp to ask regarding motorcycle for rental around the hotel area, and again they were good at responding. Unfortunately, there is no rental motor around the area, I just need to go at Kangar to pick up the motor. Grab just RM9 only. Then they were very informative and helpful when I asked about something to do around the area and about the process to go to Langkawi (the ferry schedule) since Kuala Perlis jetty is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel. I can say that all the staff that I encountered was so professional with their work. Breakfast was so good too, and delicious also. Got many spaces inside and outside the restaurant, with a nice view. Room was so big, very clean, very comfortable with their pillow and blanket. Got all the things you need, got iron and ironing board, got hair dryer, got a small fridge. Toilet also clean, towel provided. Kuala Perlis bus station also just a 5 minutes walk.

Pressure water pressure (for shower) in the bathroom is very very low. It 's almost impossible to have a proper shower. I end up using their bidet to bath. And the towel is very old, smell and even looks dirty. Other than that I have no complaint.
