Just a quick highlight - ❶ During this transitory period of time in conjunction with economy re-opening, our Hotel is temporarily operating from 8.30 am to 10.00 pm only. Kindly check-in before 10.00 pm. If the need of late check in after 10.00 pm arises, 1 hour grace period of time, latest by 11.00 pm, will be given ❷Towel, toilet roll, extra sheets, hair dryer and other necessities can be requested at the Reception upon check-in. We only provide towel free of charge depending on the amount of bed available in your reserved unit. ❸ Water Dispenser with Hot / Cool & Iron Board is made available at every floor corridor ❹ The check out time is latest by 12:00PM. ❺ Our Property is a Smoke-Free Property. Smoking and Vaping is 100% prohibited in all rooms and inside our building ❻ Security deposit in cash will be collected upon check-in (fully refundable upon check out) ❼ For Early check out before 8.30am, please leave your Room Key Card in the room, take a picture and send us snapshot together with your bank account details. The room look older than the picture, the light in the bathroom not working when you turn on the heater. The receptionist was sleeping when I want to check in etc etc.

The staff was very concern and helpful even though there was water supply disruption whereby we cannot even use the shower and toilet during the stay. Anyway, the water supply issue is not the hotel 's fault.

Saya berpuas hati menginap di hotel Rock & Roll. Keadaan bilik sangat selesa. Staff sangat ok. Sentiasa ada staff menunggu di kaunter pendaftaran. Jadi saya tidak berasa takut sepanjang menginap di hotel ini. Parking di kawasan hotel semasa hari bekerja adalah di bawah Majlis Bandaraya Klang. Jadi kena sediakan kupon parking. Bagi saya pula hal parking tiada masalah sebab saya keluar sebelum 7 am & balik 5pm. Selepas pukul 5 pm saya bebas parking. Walaupun hotel tidak menyediakan tempat makan tetapi bayak pilihan tempat makan yang boleh saya pergi antaranya Restoran Warong Warisan Asli, Pizza Hut, dan depan pintu hotel pun ada warong nasi lemak sedap & warong burger.

Bilik ok. Bilik air ok. Staff baik membantu. Luar bilik are air Coway so senang nak minum air. Parking je susah sikit. Yang lain puas hati.
