It was my third time staying here. I was unsatisfied with the noise. The hotel hosted a large crowd of foreigners and their kids lingered around and shouted from one floor to another at late midnight.
On top that, the room I got was smaller compared to the first and second time i stayed there.

Staff is very friendly. When we reach the hotel to check in, the lobby staff even hand us a cold face towel with slight fragrance to wipe our face, this is my first time having this kind of experience, feels like VIP haha.. It feels so refreshing after wiping the face! There's also free lemongrass pandan leaves drinks served readily in lobby.
The room is very clean, with the view of not only KL Tower, but we also able to see KLCC, TRX & Merdeka 118 from our room.
We have the Tiffin Set dinner at the hotel cafe. At first we thought the RM38 is with 1 rice & 1 dessert, but when they serve 2 rice & 2 desserts, we thought there might be additional charges. Surprisingly, it's really total RM38 for 2 pax for all the food that are showed in my picture!! And it's delicious too, though the chendul has too much ice. But it's really a great deal for a hotel meal!!
For breakfast, it's decent and have wide varieties, but more to asian food. We enjoy our breakfast & leave with a full stomach~ Will definitely come back again!

lokasi strategis, namun kebersihan agak kurang krn handuk lusuh dan sarung bantal berbulu dan kurang nyaman ditiduri, ruangan juga berisik/tdk kedap, suara kamar sebelah terdengar lalu kegiatan hotel menyiapkan sarapan pagi di lt 3 sdh mulai terdengar dr jam 9/10 malam hingga dini hari

I love almost everything about the hotel, the check-in was a breeze, the bed was as good as feather, the scrumptious food.. but until you park your car at the hotel. You'll definitely be charged for your car park as they claim it is a valet parking and no other options are available. Instead, the said parking was actually a car park at behind of the hotel only..

The info displayed in room tv was oudated. Was interrsted in trying out the cocktails promo but was told that the promo was no longer available. Other info were also not updated. Hopefully they will be updated so that guess won't feel disappointed when promos are not available.

lokasi strategis, namun kebersihan agak kurang krn handuk lusuh dan sarung bantal berbulu dan kurang nyaman ditiduri, ruangan juga berisik/tdk kedap, suara kamar sebelah terdengar lalu kegiatan hotel menyiapkan sarapan pagi di lt 3 sdh mulai terdengar dr jam 9/10 malam hingga dini hari

I love almost everything about the hotel, the check-in was a breeze, the bed was as good as feather, the scrumptious food.. but until you park your car at the hotel. You'll definitely be charged for your car park as they claim it is a valet parking and no other options are available. Instead, the said parking was actually a car park at behind of the hotel only..

The info displayed in room tv was oudated. Was interrsted in trying out the cocktails promo but was told that the promo was no longer available. Other info were also not updated. Hopefully they will be updated so that guess won't feel disappointed when promos are not available.
